    Bought this at a great price. Once I installed it on my computers it would only give me the free limited version it offers to anyone. I contacted AVG support and they wanted to make sure that I had uninstalled my previous McAfee internet security software which I did. They them had me go to my registry on my computers and there was McAfee still on the computers. They informed me that this happens all the time, people think it's been uninstalled but the old software still remains on the computer. They told me they can easily fix the problem for me but because I didn't buy it directly from them they have to charge me $79.00 per computer. I informed them that this is a master gimmick by AVG to collect a bigger profit from unsuspecting purchasers especially on a product that offer unlimited software users. I'll never buy another AVG product again after returning this one. I've since gone back to McAfee.

    it tells me its working but I'm not sure with the amount it stopped why had my Mac not crashed prior? better safe than sorry I guess
