AVP was done well and could have been even better with a slightly larger budget. Requiem, on the other hand, was flawed.

Excellent story telling. Beautiful combination of both creatures. The movie was written well. The actors did a phenomenal job. A bit cheesy. I admit. But that’s what moves are. An escapism from really. Like what if ??? You know !!! What if ??? The second movie was a complete garbage. How do you nuke Colorado. The predAlien was hot. But the story was garbage.

They are a little bit of a mixed bag but for the money you can’t go wrong, excellent picture and sound quality. These are more or less Science fiction buddy films,lol but it is nice to see the aliens and predators on screen together. If you already own the aliens and predator movies when you would actually want to add these to your collection.

Except for the original Predator with Arnold Schwarzenegger AVP is the best in the series in my opinion. The story line is awesome. If you for some reason have not seen this movie yet do yourself a favor and go buy it. You will want to watch it over and over. It's that good. Trust me.

I don't know how many more movies they're gonna make with predator or the aliens, but this one was was well done and was not watered down by a stupid storyline or bad acting. I think anyone would enjoy watching it and have a good time doing so.

Great flick to turn your brain off and eat some hot popcon! Aliens fighting Predators... where's Arnold...

So I'm a dork and got super excited when two of my favorite alien movies got combined! I am thrilled to have added these movies to my collection. They may not be the best ever but I still cheer for the Predator every time (I'm bad about that, I cheer at all the good monster movies). My friends think I'm nuts to like them but I gotta say, there's not much better than sitting on the couch at night watching these movies.

Technically only the first one was was directed by Paul Anderson, but if you've watched any of the Resident Evil movies, you should know what to expect from him as a director. My copy came with AVP 2 with the phrase "disc 1" written underneath, which makes me think these are just leftover discs that got gutted from the original release and got put together in this "collection."

Decent blu ray 1080p scan of the films. The sequel looks to have q better improved picture quality over the originsl. This is a very cheap set and worth it for fans of the series since we may not get 4k scans of these films for many years.

Not as good as the first AVP, but it’s cool as the first one left a cliffhanger

MOVIES ARE OK, BOTH CONTAIN THE THEATRICAL AND UNRATED CUTS OF EACH FILM.

This was a fun little double feature about the two AvP films where fanboys and girls everywhere got to witness an Alien and a Predator duke it out! They're not great films compared to their predecessors, but they're entertaining enough that they're worth a fun Friday night. I'd recommend this to die hard fans of the Alien/Predator franchise.

While the Alien Versus Predator movies aren't distinguished by Oscar-worthy writing or acting, they ARE great fun for Sci Fi and Action movie lovers! Although I most likely wouldn't have purchased either of this movies individually at their full retail prices, this AVP Double Feature Blu-Ray disc was a terrific pre-Christmas bargain that was priced too low to pass up!

I’m a fan of both of these movies. Especially AVP, and very convenient that they both come in one package on Blu Ray, at a great price. So I’d say if you enjoy cheesy Sci Fi fun, I would say pick up this blu ray .

I think that "Alien VS Predator" were the greatest films of all-time and they also quickly became my favorite films of all-time. I really enjoyed all of the action, mystery, suspense that kept these films very entertaining and enjoyable. I also think that the "Alien VS Predator" films both had really great and amazing casts, plots and personal storylines as well.

This set has both AVP and AVP Requim. Both the theatrical, and unrated editions. I prefer the unrated editions for both because it fills in some of the missing scenes of the movies. AVP the unrated editions goes about 10 mins longer, but the actors all do a good job portraying how scared they should have been. After all they were being hunted not only by the Predators but the classic Alien as well. AVP Requim toke a huge turn creating a nightmare in what could happen if you cross an Alien with a Predator. All I can say is I would have wanted to live in the town they destroyed. The funny thing is the end of Requim proves the government will hide everything they can to make sure the public can never find out the truth. Over all AVP and AVP Requim Blu Ray two pack is a worth wild addition to any Sci Fi collection.

I felt it was good value for the money if you didn't have them already. The AVP transfer was good. The AVP requiem was just OK. The actual encoding looks like it was done at the wrong black levels. This is not how the movie looked in theaters, nor is it how it looked in trailers. It is too dark. Overall worth picking up if you don't already own.
