Directed by Paul W.S. Anderson, Alien vs. Predator follows billionaire Charles Bishop Weyland (Lance Henriksen) and his team of drillers, scientists, and archaeologists, to an obscure pyramid site in Antarctica. Among the icy ruins, allegedly, lies the proof of an empire predating humankind. Once there, however, the group finds more than ancient sarcophaguses and hieroglyphics; rather, their discovery consists of dismembered human skeletons and fossilized remains of the alien creatures that appear to have violently burst out of their chests. Even more horrifying is the evidence suggesting that the aliens may still exist. Indeed, there are aliens below the pyramids, but an equal threat looms above: three Predators, all on the verge of manhood, are engaged in a gruesome rite of passage -- every hundred years, young Predators must travel to Earth and take on a hunting ritual in order to complete the transition to adulthood or die in the process. Before long, the humans find themselves battling for their own lives as the Predators and aliens continue their fight for superiority.

Okay, say what you want about the AVP franchise, maybe you hate it maybe you like it, but the SFX in these films are outstanding and now that this double feature is in the $3.99 bin at Best Buy it's a must for any video collection!

For those who have an affinity for AVP, or Predator. This is the perfect combination. Action from the beginning. This one is full of surprises. Great concept, excellent Protagonists, exceptional effects! Surprise ending!

Movie started out a little flat, but ended good...

Great delivery. Both movies are good . Was not expecting unrated disc on second movie.

I loved the first movie and this sequel was just as entertaining. I love SiFi, so if you do too, then watch this as well. Bonus was this included the original movie as well, got both movies, yes!

I thought the movie was really good. I watched this on a friday night at home while it was 15°F outside. I made some popcorn and enjoyed the movie. Kept me into the story line till the end.

Very excited to have the double feature of avp I now own all the alien movies and the predator movies and now the ones in between (also prometheus the beginning of the aliens story line)

I was able to purchase 2 excellent Alien/Predator movies for one great price. I would highly recommend the purchase of this combined special edition to anyone.

Great franchise. The first one is classic, and second is pretty good. Wish they would make more of these.

If you love alien this is a great set. Always been a fan of Alien. And Alien BD predator movies are awesome. Best 2 movies from the 80s combined

Two decent AvP franchise movies in one cool cover case and for only a few bucks. Win/Win. Wonder if any more of these movies will be made?

Buy it while you can. Two movies for the price is worth it. If you enjoyed aloen and predator movies you'll need to own this if you don't.

If you are a sci-fi buff, you need this double feature. It costs about the same as a single movie but you get a double. The Predator series is awesome.

Husband and I had every Alien and Predator movie. This is the perfect movie to finish off our collection! Amazing price as well!!!!
