    One part was ordered incorrectly. Fortunately, when I went to the installer he noticed and was able to switch the part for me at time of installation

    I was first pleased BB had this in stock for my new stereo. Supposedly Tundra's come with a base stereo, OR JBL system. The Guy at the mobility counter says I have base, because JBL has placards on the head and speaker grills. I have none, so it's base. Get home, tear apart, install new stereo, guess what? Wrong connector! Back I go to return this one and get the right one. I near choked - the price of the "correct" one was just short of $100, of which I had no choice but to buy.

    We spent over an hour for the sales guy to put our package together, set the install date and took our car in and left it, we went back 6 hours later and he said this was the wrong stuff, Why didnt he call us and let us know rather than us having to spend all day in town waiting for him to install it. VERY upset!!!!!
