    The radio stopped working and the tech quickly diagnosed the problem. He had the part right is the shop and was able to install it right away. Very happy.

    The part was fine it was no big deal was just a wiring harness. Once it was installed it worked great. I had to get a professional to do it after I had bought the radio. I have never had problems in the past when installing radio's in my old cars, but this 2004 pontiac grand am really was a PAIN IN MY BUTT; Other than that the part was great!!
