    This is my second one bought the first one at Best Buy 3 years ago. On star will not work without it so you have no choice but to pay the $120

    When I was at best buy I was told by an associate there that I needed this product so that my deck would work properly. After I bought it and installed it I realized that this was not at all what I needed because if the extra parts I had left over. Very disappointed in the customer service I recieved.

    Sold me wrong harness. Didn't work for my vehicle. Ended up going somewhere else to get one.

    Wanted to keep the Onstar working and glad I did. Added money to the install but if you want to keep all the factory options its a good choice
