Please contact our Customer Service so we can troubleshoot this issue and resolve it for you at www.babybrezza.com/contact or 888-396-6552 (M-F, 9am-5pm). Sometimes a piece of lint can get caught in the nozzle which can prevent the valve from fully closing. If this is the issue, please use a dry cloth to wipe the spout to remove any lint that may have gotten caught. If this doesn't solve the issue, then there maybe another issue and if we can't troubleshoot it, and your product is still under its 1 year warranty, then we'll replace it for free.

Sometimes retailers will resell items that are returned which may have happened in this case. Posted .We are very sorry to hear this and wish that you had contacted our Customer Care team to resolve your concerns prior to returning the product. All Baby Brezza appliances have a 1 year limited warranty which includes free troubleshooting and replacement if the product is under warranty. We are genuinely surprised by this feedback given this product's very high ratings. It is made out of plastic but shouldn't smell like plastic. Regarding leaking concerns, if a piece of lint gets stuck in the nozzle, the dispenser can leak but wiping the nozzle usually resolves this.

There is no light and you need to see in order to know when to stop filling your bottle. I didnt knownthatbi couldnt just pres an ounce number and it would auto fill. You actually have to press and release when you get what you want. So not what i expected. I got another one with a light on it but its not the Breeza.
