Posted .Thank you for your feedback. All of our machines come with a standard 12 month warranty if purchased from an authorized retailer. If our machine ceases to function, we will gladly repair or replace it once a warranty claim is verified.

No longer turns on, only a beep and that's it. Was given as a gift that was purchased in March, but didn't start using it until August when the baby was born. It worked less than a year and was taken care of per instructions. Called the company and they said, "sorry, warranty's expired". Family member didn't purchase an extended warranty so we're out of luck. Regardless, it worked for less than a year. Won't be buying this brand again, and will discourage friends and family from buying it. Very disappointing.
