Damaged

Along with the spine being ripped the case was also dented in multiple places. I am super unhappy as it being free I could not get a replacement. But definitely feel as if I should have been able to get a proper working product as a replacement to not getting on the the first time around

However, I thought it was a game or movie & when it came with nothing inside of the metal case, I was confused. I later found out that it was supposed to be empty...useless for my son.

Great Product, Poor Online Service

The product was in store and available, but when I went to pick up my purchase, everything went wrong until employees jn store found workarounds.
