Sealed Package, yet no disc inside.

The game was a christmas gift for my brother in law. It was akward because he opened it on Christmas and nothing was inside. Even though the package was sealed it came completely empty. There was nothing inside. I am assuming a factory worker stole and sealed it. I got it on sale so I did not want to make a fool out of myself explain the story. Also did not want to spend an hour on the return. It was annoying though because I had to buy it again from another store. Not Best Buys fault, just leaving a review for awareness.
