I bought this as a birthday gift for my husband and he was so thrilled to try it out and he loved it! He is self employed and loves taking it to work when he has down time or even in the car while I am taking the kids into doctor appointments. It really is a neat thing to buy!

Never knew what I was missing. This thing is awesome. It allows me to play my PlayStation library and Steam library on the go without any subscription cost.

I love the backbone! Don’t understand why I didn’t got one earlier.

Purchased this controller for remote gameplay while traveling. This has met all expectations! Once i get connected to my PS5, the controller does everything my controller does that is connected to my PS5. The sticks are tight and the buttons are very responsive. I would definitely recommend for any user cosidering the backbone controller.

Pretty cool, except that it Takes Over control of the PS5. So, if my son is playing a game and I go to a doctor's appointment and want to play something, it will Let me, Without saying anything, and Kick Him out of his game... It takes Priority to the PS OS.. at the VERY LEAST, it should PROMPT Me that the PS is currently in use, so I want to proceed anyway?... Then I could call my son and Communicate, instead of HIM calling ME to say I kicked him out of his game...

I gave this controller as a Christmas gift to an 18-year-old family member, and the joy on his face said it all. He started using it immediately and has thanked me repeatedly.

I work a bunch and i take it with me for the downtime. It is slightly on the smaller side so having big hands makes it a bit harder to play your favorites. No furled finger gameplay with this. That being said it is the cheaper of its competitors so that put it over for me.

System is pretty cool, but the controls are small for my hands. I also liked that i could back and forth between both my xbox and playstation accounts. Even tho i got the playstation version.

Feels firm, made out of plastic but doesn't feel like it will break easily, a little pricey

Gets the job done about as well as can be expected, not super portable unless you carry a backpack or purse with you. But great for sitting on couch or laying in bed. Feels like switch/ps5 controller

amazing upgrade, especially with the iphone 15 selling points. i'm not sure what kind of games are out yet for the iphone specifically, but playing ps5 remotely has been a life changer for me at home. and using this as a controller for my mac games has been a nice change as well

It’s a good handheld gaming remote ! Being able to have the ability to just pull your phone out anywhere and play most of the games that are already on your console is pretty sweet ! Play anywhere anytime you like and you can add friends, send invites and battle all over

I couldn't get the new PS Portal. Yeah whatever. If you have any old huge phones laying around just get this. Its cheaper and the phone you are using to plug in has a better wifi connection, LED screen and processing power. Only downside is that your phone is most likely close to 7" instead of the portal 8" screen.

Works as intended, you need to download the PS app, the Remote play app & the Backbone app to access through the ps4 or ps5. I suggest you connect your console with an ethernet cable and leave it on or on rest mode before leaving, DO NOT leave it off. you don't need to leave the TV / PC monitor on. It is possible to play while being away from home. Not sure if every phone works, it worked on Samsung S24. Turn on "use mobile data" in settings on the Remote play app. If your 5g data service is bad it'll drop in frame rate terribly while playing, try to connect to a public wifi if possible,,,, i Love how I'm finally able to game remotely. However I'm not a fan of the back triggers, i keep using the R2 & L2 with my index fingers.
