    The product isn't well designed and do not provide good user-experience. - the buttons don't give any bounce-back when pressing and sometime I have to press hard to get green circle light confirm. - backside of the panel is smaller than front-side so when u press top number like 1 or 2 or checkmark at the bottom, you kind of feel the panel about to pop off.

    The keypad is fine, but I feel mislead by the lock itself. The connectivity is spotty so I guess having the keypad helps with that.
