Blake and his workers did an amazing job upgrading my Kia! After months of blown speakers, I bit the bullet and ordered speakers, apple play/bluetooth screen and back up camera. Thank you so much! Not only am I able to drive safe and hands free but I feel as if I have a brand new car! I will definitely be coming here if I need any other upgrade. You guys rock! Outstanding product and service install was fast and very professionally done. The sales associate was very knowledgeable, helpful, and understanding to my needs to me from start to finish. He exsplained the parts i would need for the installation and even look at my vehicle before ordering the parts. After the installation the person adjusted my camera width bars to fit me. The gentleman that helped me worked in the installation center, but helped me pick out a deck and installed it for me. He did a great job answered all my questions very clearly and completely. Just a great all-around experience.

They did a good job with putting back up camera and screen in my car. My car was 2017 and I had a hard time reversing it and everything was well after I got the screen in my car.

The guy who did my install was great! 10/10 he even put in the aux adapter I bought from Amazon!! Literally amazing customer service

I first contacted the Best Buy at Brookpark and was told that I needed to order the part ($49.99) and the "Pioneer" back-up camera ($99.99) from them even I had my own camera. They also quoted my service fee ($160). After contacting the Best Buy at Mayfield Heights, I decided to purchase the part ($29.99) there and let them install ($129.99) my own Pyle back-up camera. Though it took them more than two hours to install, everything is perfect so far. Basically, I saved $150 plus tax at this Best Buy. It turns out my back-up camera is much better than the "Pioneer" one (with lots of bad reviews, such as poor night vision and no distance scale lines).

Everything went so well. The complete experience was very professional, friendly, and the end result was flawless!!

Steve is the person I’ve been working with he is extremely knowledgeable about all audio video equipment and his installation skill are by far excellent and really clean !!! Couldn’t be more satisfied with his work !!!!

The agents spent a lot of time installing mu equipment and it was absolutely perfection. I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else for installs. It saves to be a best bit total member.

The Knightdale, NC auto crew installed my Alpine ILX-650W in the dash of my 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee and you would never know it is aftermarket. They also neatly installed a rear camera that does exactly what I need it to. I also want to recognize Justin P. He has been very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly with every interaction. I was a novice but Justin took the time to help me choose the best system suited for my needs.

The installer, James was knowledgeable, dedicated and determined to install my (supposed OEM) Otocam3 even though it was not plug n play as advertised by Advent. He found a way to make every single function work - GPS, Radio, Video, Bluetooth and also to integrate with the existing backup camera in place. It is his determination and years of experience that made this installation possible. Thank you James and Best Buy for outstanding Geek Squad work!!

I had originally purchased a Kenwood camera but after meeting with then installer and seeing how it would need to be installed (offset from the center because of the hatch release handle) he suggested a universal one which mounts behind the license plate and looks great with a crystal clear image. Best part it was about $50 less! Overall the install is seamless and I couldn’t be happier.

This camera is as clear as a bell. Shows lines and curves. Only one thing missing is a sound when your real close to and object

Getting a double din touchscreen with the rear camera has been a huge benefit to driving. The Geek Squad team did a great job with the installation.

I purchased at one store and had it installed at another because my daughter had the car at college. That all worked well. I was given a price match on one item. They did a really good job. (Scheduled install was earlier than it would have been where I bought it.) I am glad to have the radio, but also the backup camera for safety.

This has been the worst buying experience of my life. I went in to the Deptford, NJ store with the intent on buying a high end Head unit and backup solution for a car purchased for my son. I had the sales team put together a system to "provide me with wireless car play and a predictive back up camera." What I got was $900 worth of useless crap an unusable install that I will now have to pay someone else to replace. After a botched install, and subsequent diagnostic, the install team blames the sales guy saying that nothing they sell provides predictive turning in the back up camera. When I asked for a manager he told me there is nothing they can do for me, no discount or refund available, and unless I want to take the car back around to uninstall everything, I am stuck with it. Need less to say Best Buy has lost my loyalty for life. Save yourself the frustration, take your business elsewhere. Geek squad is a joke.
