The installation of my radio and backup camera was superb. My installer Leonard was a true professional and enthusiast. He greeted me, explained the process, costs and timeframe and got to work. Shortly after I got his call/text stating my car was ready. I was blown away how perfect he made it fit. Leonard then demostarted everything from syncing my phone to setting the clock. What a great experience. I’ll be back for sure and will ask for Leonard!

Michel is a long time audio installer and knows car audio inside and out. He found problem with my back up camera and did original installation making my after Market Pioneer Car Play stereo as good as or maybe better then OEM The downside is he is so good he is booked a month or more in advance. Well waiting for.

I purchased a back up camera for about $30 on amazon based on the reviews and it was a great purchase. I had Best Buy install is along with a Pioneer radio I purchased for my 2009 Honda CRV and it's been great. I really enjoy driving the car now more so as I can use the handsfree phone and back up camera. They did a great job on the installation. I would recommend it even though it was a bit expensive for the installation. With a lifetime installation warranty, I don't have to worry about it if something goes wrong with the install. Camera is a different story.

Excellent camera with the colored lines to guide you. As good if not better than my factory installed camera in my other car. Beware that once mounted you cannot use a tag plate. The camera mounts to the tag.

I had installed an aftermarket PYLE DVD and GPS system in my 2006 Sienna myself a year ago but didn't add a back up camera. I purchased a Remote Start system from Best Buy and the Total Tech Support to save on installation costs. They threw in the extra labor to install a back up camera and hook up the steering wheel controls as part of the Total Tech Support service. This is on equipment I didn't even purchase from Best Buy. I would have eventually done it myself but it would have taken 10 times as long. The tech did a nice clean install in less that a day.

This was my second truck to have Best Buy/Geek Squad do my step install for me. They always do a good job and they don't over charge for the install. They will also recommend any parts necessary or parts that will be better for your overall system. I will definitely go back for my next vehicle as well.

Best Buy Technician/agent mounted all devices carefully. Also the warehouse Manager provided professional assistance to ensure radio components and rear view camera would be installed to my satisfaction. The system was tested with positive results after installation. Additionally, the Agent gave me a brief but clear explanation about the radio and camera operating features. He also gave me the removed original radio. Thank You!!

Before adding this backup camera I always felt like I was going back in time whenever I had to drive my suv. Something as simple as adding a backup camera and radio system with bluetooth makes all the difference. Now it feels like I have a modern vehicle and to be honest, upgrading the radio and adding the camera is a lot cheaper than having to upgrade the entire vehicle.
