Love the new back up camera and apple play! It's great

The unit was installed professionally and works great. All pertinent information was relayed to me in understandable way and I was able to use the equipment immediately which greatly increases the safety and enjoyability driving my vehicle.

After having to cancel multiple appointments due to rain I was finally able to take the Camaro into Best Buy for Eric to instal a radio, speakers, amp and backup camera. Eric was a pleasure to deal with and performed a super clean install on the car. Since the Camaro is a super clean hot rod, I really appreciated Eric’s attention to details during the install. The car also looked very clean when I picked it up. Can’t say enough about how happy I am with this experience!

Installation was neat but camera was installed with reversed image. Guess, I have to reschedule an appointment to fix that but, gee, that's gonna be another day to spend for their big wiring mistake. It's a hassle cause I live 48 miles away from the store location! Also, hope they can put in a schedule soon as I had waited long for such initial installation.

Very happy with the service at the Bee Cave location. The installers took time to warn me some potential unavoidable accidents that might occur during installation before starting to do the installation. Very professional and I felt that my car was well cared for. Thankfully, nothing happened and I am happy with the back up camera that they installed.

We initially phoned for information. The associate we spoke with in charge of installing a backup camera was very helpful and knowledgeable. He assisted us in weighing the pros and cons of various makes and models. He shared his experience and first-hand knowledge of the various products. Installation day went exactly as expected. We are extremely pleased with his work and the product he installed.

The installer forvmy backup camera was Moe Manzanares. He did a fantastic job. It was difficult because in the case of my installation it became necessaryvto disassemble the dashboard, kick panel, and door sill among other parts. Moe was outstanding and i would recommend him to anyone.
