I bought a backup camera on Amazon, but didn't know how to install it without having wires hanging all over the car. The Geek Squad did a great job in under an hour for $130 plus tax. Thank you, Best Buy!

Geek squad added a back up came for me and they did an outstanding job. Can’t even tell it’s an add on.

This has been the worst buying experience of my life. I went in to the Deptford, NJ store with the intent on buying a high end Head unit and backup solution for a car purchased for my son. I had the sales team put together a system to "provide me with wireless car play and a predictive back up camera." What I got was $900 worth of useless crap an unusable install that I will now have to pay someone else to replace. After a botched install, and subsequent diagnostic, the install team blames the sales guy saying that nothing they sell provides predictive turning in the back up camera. When I asked for a manager he told me there is nothing they can do for me, no discount or refund available, and unless I want to take the car back around to uninstall everything, I am stuck with it. Need less to say Best Buy has lost my loyalty for life. Save yourself the frustration, take your business elsewhere. Geek squad is a joke.

Had a backup camera installed at Mueller location. Realized after the install, that the installer failed to re-install 4 screws that hold the dash together underneath the radio head unit. I've had several installations done by Best Buy in the past and they have done a good job. Not so much on this one. At least the camera does work. I was able to find replacement screws and put the dash back together properly myself.

The genius geek squad failed to route the back up cam wiring through the weather proof wire insulator in the back hatch of my suburban... instead they were lazy and ran it in bewtween the seale, causing a gap for rain water to enter the car. As a result my rear carpet, speaker and cargo area are soaked and smell musty. I love paying someone to do a job that requires me to fix their carless mistakes on my own time. My vehicle is now damaged due to their lazyness. As a result

This camera works better than my factory original factory camera (10 year old vehicle) but the installation was VERY shoddy. Took pictures and video of the install work. Went back to Best Buy and it was finally installed as it should have been originally but I am still after 1 1/2 months trying to get reimbursed for a service bill at the dealership for my ABS light coming on due to wiring behind the radio.

Had to wait 2 weeks for them to finish the job. They aren’t mechanics they are Bozo Clowns with their finger up each other’s back doors.

I order car dam and installed in bestbuy today. When I come back home I find my car back hood print Was scattered.

Giving 4 stars because i was told they couldnt do it, than they were nice enough to get it done. The cost of the installation of a backup camera seemed a little excessive. $90 for the camera and another almost $200 to install?

The back up camera works perfect and really makes it nice on my older dually which is sometimes a little big for modern day parking lots

I sadly can't remember the name of who installed my rearview camera, but over a year later and there's never been any problems. Shoutout to him for also showing me how to use Carplay & Android auto on my dash
