I got a radio and backup camera installed. I came for my appointment and it was actually scheduled for the following weekend. Instead of turning me away, they actually took my car and went on with the service! The service was A1, everything was installed beautifully amd they made sure I knew how to work everytjing prior to me leaving. I even got a followup call to ensure that everything was fine.

I needed help finding a good backup camera and a worker their (i didn't catch his name) helped me find the best fit camera for my car, and schedule an install for me. it's worked very well for me and the automotive center did a good job getting it installed correctly and i've had no issues with it.

The gentleman who did the installation of my auto camera was terrific. Hexwas neat, and did a great job. I would however have to say that I was not at all pleased with your overall store communication. I tried for several days to get information and was referred to agents I could not understand. They sent my order to another state and when it finally came to my store, the product was wrong. It had to. E reordered and it took 2 more weeks to get correct camera and installation. Bring back old way. Go to store, purchase on site at the same time.

We had bought the combo of a digital radio receiver and a backup camera The service tech installed the radio fairly well, but wiring was a little funky, but we guess it is die yo the truck being a 2001, pre-digital days We were happy about purchase, but disappointed that they hadn't installed back up camera when they installed the radio due to having to pay installation fee when installing rear view camera, an added expense when they could have done so then, but because installer said that he wasn't going under truck that day due to rainy conditions, which wasn't our fault, but his lack of customer service that day The second installer did a fairly good job, but we have to "play" with the turn signal handle to get the backup camera to work, so not too happy there We do love the digital radio receiver

The car tech installation guy was awesome! Unfortunately, there’s only “One” of him in the area… next guy is over 60 miles away. He got us in before he left on vacay . He installed our CarPlay stereo as well …Other ‘non Best Buy’ installers scam on pricing .

The technicians are very cool and nice easy to work with and very professional. I would recommend them to family and friends.

Since I didn’t personally install my radio/navigation system, all I can say is, it is working great! At least it hasn’t gotten me lost yet! I’m new to the area so that is huge to me!

Back-up Camera--The vehicle that this product was installed on did not have a camea previously. I was extremely happy with not only the product BUT the professional installation. Pat (installer/tech) took the time to go over everything he did. Very satisfied.

To be honest, your technician installed my radio as planned, great!! In addition to my backup camera your website recommended that I should purchase a particular backup with my vehicle. Was not compatible upon installation so I had to order the backup camera that ur technician recommended. Ordered the new camera but had to wait 2 months to have it installed.. it would’ve been nice to have me adjusted or had an earlier install date as a courtesy…

The guy that installed my camera did an awesome job running the wire underneath the truck up into the cab into the radio. Everything looked great. Highly recommend.
