The Geek Squad man installed a back up camera and a backup camera ready radio. He instructed me in how to use the new system.

I was extremely impressed by James my Geek Squad installer because I had doubts about how my factory back up camera was going to connect to the after market Sony stereo! Prior to my appointment I had been told that I may have to purchase a after market backup camera because of compatibility issues. However, my installer James was extremely knowledgeable and figured out quickly that he would need an additional adapter for the connection. James order the part needed and I didn’t have to purchase a additional backup camera. I’m so glad James was such a knowledgeable installer because I imagined how odd it would have looked having an additional camera on the back of the vehicle.! My local Best Buy is under renovation so I had to drive 20 miles but the trip was worth it and I will be recommending James to friends and family!

Great customer service, very knowledgeable of the products I had purchased and even took the time to show me how to set up camera and the stereo.

I have to give great kudos to Jeremy the tech who installed my equipment in my 2013 Corvette. Jeremy actually emailed me a week before to confirm everything that needed to be done, advised of some changes he recommended for a more professional install. All of the items I had were purchased over time, my main concerns were having a backup and front view camera since I have a low front splitter and want to avoid hitting curbs. The back up camera is so convenient Nd helps dramatically backing up. He installed the front camera and looks very professional. The rear was done very professionally as well BUT the camera had a lot of noise and distortion which Jeremy recommended to swap out for a new one and bring it back. He installed my sync cable and Bluetooth mic. I would absolutely recommend Best Buy Geek Squad car stereo installation. I will be going back to have my door speakers and rear speakers replaced as well as adding an amp soon. Jeremy spent a lot of time going over options and making sure I will have a superior system. I can’t say enough good things actually. 10 stars

Nick, was very professional. There was an issue where the steering wheel controls dropped functionality. I brought the vehicle back and Nick took care of it.

Im not sure his name, but the young guy, who is NOT colorblind, is very amenable to your needs. This is the 2nd install job he has done for me, and I am pleased with his work.

Marco did an excellent job with installation. He also installed the pioneer read. Best Buy still will match Amazon price, so there is no reason to purchase items from them.

This is the second time I have purchased and had installation done for a 4Runner backup camera/digital entertainment system. Great service and workmanship. I 100% recommend.

It too a little time getting checked out when I bought it. The guy was a little slow, but he got the job done.

The install team was ready to start when I got there; the install was quick; the team called within an hour and the camera works great with the Pioneer dash video. It would be great if some more locations provided these type installs.

Great work, I appreciate that the installer took the time to answer my questions prior to the installation. I am glad I followed his professional advice, he finished fairly quickly compared to any other of my BestBuy installations so far. In addition, he was able to install a new stereo in the same time frame, and he did an excellent job. I have to admit that is hard to find installers like that at my local BestBuy stores. I could off been done with all of my installations by now If all installers at BestBuy had the same work ethics and experience. I prefer and recommend his work, it is a big difference honestly knowing that your installation will be done right the first time rather than worrying about it, being disappointed, and having to go back after all.

They installed a new Pioneer head unit and backup camera in my Tacoma. Awesome experience from beginning to end.

My wife was given a car back-up camera for her birthday. I couldn't do the wiring so we called Best Buy to see if they would do the installation. Online we were given a date, time and location to have this done. All went well and the best part was they charged us nothing because we have Total Tech support! The only problem we had, the reason for me not giving 5 stars, is that the next day the camera's screen fell off the pedestal leaving it hanging from a wire. This is probably due to the product not the installers but we checked with Best Buy and were told they would fix it. On the day we were told to come, they said that they couldn't fix it because there were no experienced techs, only learners. It seems they couldn't give us a time or date to come, so we've resorted to using command strips and super glue. We're very happy our Total Tech program covers everything, even in our cars, but disappointed with the follow up.
