EASY TO SCHEDULE AND GET DONE - GREAT JOB BY THE GUYS THERE

Installation team was knowledgeable and easy to work with. They had to correct some of the parts that the sales person sold me but I was fortunate and they had the parts in stock.

The auto tech installed my back up camera very professionally, keeping me informed what he was doing and how the camera would function.

Although the dashboard kit issued didnt fit the year and model i was instructed where i could get it and once i had it the installation was great.

My vehicle backup camera was installed in about an hour and a half. Professionally done. works great. I have used Geek squad before for a television install. They do a great job. Side note, the customer service employees inside the store are often less than helpful. When I was looking for my backup camera, a sales person walked right by me purposely avoiding eye contact so he wouldn't have to help me. The five stars is for the Geek squad only.

A back up camera does an excellent job, giving me a view of anything immediately by 3 AM. The steering is a little slow to respond. The gauge is on the on the dash but other than that it’s been a good product. I feel like I’m safer.
