The installation was performed flawlessly and everything is working properly.

Everything was absolutely efficient. The employees were extremely helpful and knowledgeable and honest! The only part I would wish for change was the terrible time trying to reach the department. After 5 attempts to make an appointment I decided to physically go and do it in person. For such an experienced store in technology I would expect a more efficient way of reaching a person to make an appointment.

Omg, can I just tell you that we absolutely love our backup camera?! This is one of the BEST purchases we've made in a very long time! The level of clarity in this camera can't be beat! It is level to the ground, so if there's anything on the ground behind you, you can see that, as well as making sure there is no one, or any vehicles behind you before you back up! I highly recommend the Alpine backup camera to anyone looking for a backup camera! Best ever! Our Geek Squad associate, Jose, is by far the best! If you are in the Warner Robins, GA area, a d need an automotive installation, make sure Jose does your installation!

The guy who did my work went above and beyond to give me excellent service … the call center scheduled the wrong install and he still put it in anyways and did the extra work even though he didn’t really have time for the installment window … and the work was flawless … everything works great and not a wire in sight … highly recommend

I got my backup camera installed not to long ago and I gotta say I was extremely pleased with the results. The geek squad member who was working on my installation was really nice and professional. The one issue I had with it was how long it took for him to install it; however, he informed me that he was helping a new coworker while also working on my installation so I was fine with waiting . Overall I think it was worth the wait and I’m happy that I now have a backup camera.

When we signed up for the Geek Squad service, we were surprised to hear the multitude of things they covered on this plan!! We had replaced our old truck with a newer model, but it didn't have a back-up camera. We had purchased one some time ago, but never had it installed...so this was the perfect time! When we came to pick up my new HP desktop, I had arranged for the Geek Squad instruction on how to use it...and we dropped the truck and back-up camera off at about the same time!! After running a few errands, the work was done and the camera was operating PERFECTLY!!!!! We are MOST HAPPY with the products and service received at Best Buy and by the Geek Squad!!!!!!!!

had to being car back after installation of back up cam i did not have appointment my stereo would flash in and out when headlights were on, they fix the problem in 5 mins it was just a setting

Just had a new Pioneer radio and backup camera installed in my 2006 truck. The team was very knowledgeable, quick, and efficient. They had the install done way before they stated. They answered all my questions and showed me how everything worked before I left. I am very pleased with the service I received at the Cary location! 2 days before install they called to review a few things prior to my appointment so there were no surprises , which was greatly appreciated. I would definitely recommend Geek Squad as this is not my first experience with them. I have used their tech support for computers too!
