Broke after 3rd or 4th attempt. If I didn't lose the receipt, it would've been returned.

I tried it multiple times within a half hour and never got a consistent reading.

Full Disclosure I bought this as a Deal of the Day at 19.99. I have had larger and much more expensive BAC units that are cumbersome and are inaccurate right out of the box. This compact unit is so easy to use and it is accurate. I blow 0.00 and its right and if I have a couple of drinks I can blow multiple times in a short period and the reading is the same. Keep in mind this is a novelty if you blow 0.05 and drive you are taking a huge risk as you could be DWAI in many states and in fact you may not have fully absorbed all of the booze you drank and my be over the limit. Telling the cop or judge your personal unit said you were 0.05 won't keep you out of Jail. How I use it is to help me guage how much my BAC is per drink and actually to have some fun at parties (in my house with no driving) to have people guess their BAC or to guess who has the highest BAC. Similar units from this company I have seen in other stores for over $50 so even at full price of about 30 at BB it is still a good price. I'm thinking of buying one for a friend.

I purchased this handy little device for about 20 bucks on sale. It's a great little ice breaker at the bar with friends apparently. While I don't typically drink and drive anyway, it's a great (and accurate) way to know if you're at any risk of being near or over that low limit. It's exceptionally small as well, and can even fit on a key chain. Excellent Idea.

When we drink (somtimes only my husband and I), we play "Who's drunk?". This breathalyzer is alot of fun and has given me some confience as to when to stop drinking. I can't verify the accuracy, so I stop when I blow 0.04% or half our state's limit. For the sale price of $20, I wish I had bought several as gifts.

For those who partake in consumimg alcohol this is a must have!! It is suitable for the party animal to the conservative drinker. Ultimately though, it is a safe and efficient way to monitor and regulate your drinking. Both conveinent and compact that you can take literally anywhere alcohol is served. Great invention to keep both yourself and others safe- especially if you plan on getting behind the wheel of an automobile. True lifesaver!

The BACtrack - Go Keychain Breathalyzer is small and easy to carry. Works as advertised.

I work in law enforcement and deal with the results of Preliminary Breath Tests (PBTs) constantly. After drinking about 6+ beers with some friends one night, one police officer friend brought out a professional, road tested breathalyzer for use on actual DUI investigations. I blew a .05 on this device, after waiting the prescribed 15-20 minutes after my most recent drink. I blew a .14 on the professional breathalyzer. Usually the professional breathalyzers are off by a factor of 10-20% from the actual BAC result via blood draw. Hence, their inadmissibility in court. However, this device gave such a drastically incorrect reading, and did so consistently, that it could not be trusted. My friends also experienced similar poor results with this. I had just purchased the device and put a new battery in it, so I know it was not that. I would spend the extra $50 bucks and buy the $80-$85 version of their product if you want a reliable breathalyzer. Also, anytime a breathalyzer registers positive for the presence of alcohol, one should not be driving a vehicle. Impairment truly does begin at the first drink, and sadly, examples abound about individuals receiving injuries or killing people after having BAC results that are actually *under* the legal limit. Even if you are in an accident and not at fault, you can get a DUI. In any event: this is a chintzy product. Skip it and pay a few dollars and get something more legitimate.

Ive had it for almost a year, and has worked like a charm every time! it has definitely kept me out trouble on the road. Power button is a little sensitive, but i can live with that...

It works, good if you need to self test or prove to others. Easy to use.

I noticed that this can stick on countdown or doesn't blow. It is accurate though and seems to be working better after using for awhile.. We will see if it continues to work.

My wife and I love it. There is no more wondering if those couple of drinks put us over the limit. We take it with us everywhere. Simple to use.

This product is not very easy to use. You must follow the directions perfectly to get a somewhat accurate reading. Wouldn't trust it for legal purposes but the concept is there

Used this on New Years Eve. Waited 30 minutes and went from a .11 to .07, made it home safe and sound!

does what it is supposed to do it lets you make a informed decision, for the next day, not day off.

This was purchased for my teenage son in the hopes that he would think and test before he drives--especially if he had a drink. I'm not sure how accurate it is, but he has taken a cab home more than once. A small price to pay for peace of mind.

For 40$ it’s decent but still don’t recommend using as a decision maker

This product stopped working the very day it was purchased. I brought it out to the bar with me and it worked for two blows. Later that night when I was back at home it stopped working. It indicates that the battery is low and never does a reading. I tried using new batteries but it still doesn't work. Haven't had the time to try and return it (don't have receipt), but hope I'm able to exchange and give this product another try.

Very good product with good price and will make life easier.
