Try to not let the 3 stars fool you. This item is still a good buy but it isn't above and beyond for it to earn 4 or 5 stars. It gets the job done and that's all you really need with this keychain breathalyzer. The reason why I didn't give this product 4 stars is because it comes with little mouth guards for your portal keychain breathalyzer but no place to put it when you are on the go and ready to use it. There should be some sort of place or compartment to set it when not in use.

Self calibrated and you must wait 15 minutes after last beverage for accurate results. Also don't spit or have food in mouth when using you will clog it

I'm not sure how accurate this is but when it says I'm over the limit for driving .08 I feel like I'm over the limit to drive. It's tiny and easy to use. I'm glad a bought it and would recommend it for basic testing.

I have no way of knowing how accurate this device is but feel like it at least gives you somewhat of an idea. Sometimes it acted quirky and gave silly readings but for the most part seemed like it was reasonably accurate.

Works very well and is definitely priced right. A little hard to find as not to many employees realized they sold them.

This breathalyzer is easy to use. I haven't gotten the chance to put it to the test yet. One thing that would be nice is a way to store the mouthpieces. The applicator tucks away but you have to keep the mouthpieces separately.

Great little device that every household should have if you have friends and family over who drink. Works great and comes in handy if you don't want to take risks with guests or yourself.

This is a handy tool to have. It is compact and can fit basically anywhere, in glove box or on a key chain and lets you know your BAC and seems to be accurate.

Easy to use. Need to be careful to follow directions or can get a false reading. I purposely used it in a manner different from directions and found that readings are not as accurate as when directions are followed.

It works pretty well for the price! It's great to have one. You can trick it and the batteries don't last long in them. It is still a great item to have :) I don't regret the purchase!

I can’t speak for how accurate it is, but it appears to work As expected. The first night after the purchase, I had to give it a try. Blew a 0.00 to start. Drank 1 beer, waited 20 minutes and blew a 0.02. Drank a second beer, waited another 20 minutes and blew a 0.03. As a fun test, I tried to trick the thing to see what would happen if I didn’t wait the required 20 minutes. I took a small swig of 100 proof schnapps, and Immediately blew a 0.13.

A nice product, well made, easy to use. Price is very reasonable. Highly recommend.

This is my second purchase of this product as my first one was given as gift, pretty accurate compared to actual police issue as long as you follow the use instructions, self calibrating is a benefit too

This is a great little device! Fits in my wallet and seems to be quite accurate.

Works as should. Would like to see an app for it but at that price point it works. Takes a few seconds before each use and in between use.

Pretty simple to use, lightweight, and fits on your keys. I question whether the accuracy is always correct, but this should definitely be used as an "estimated" idea of BAC. I'm pleased with it.

I got this as more of a novelty gift idea to keep around the house for when friends and family were drinking. It works as advertised and is very simple to use.
