Great little device. I bought it for a White Elephant gift and it turned out to be a hit. We all used it before we drove home. Might have been over the limit??

Interesting concept here. If you need to check your level you shouldn't drive. Given that, I have found that having the device makes me aware that I need to pay attention to my habits. This is easy enough to use and cheep enough to warrant buying simply to have a fallback check when you may have lost your designated driver. Kind of like having a vaccination ... you still shouldn't go out into crowds of sick people merely to test it. My prime value here is in not ever having to use it.

Works great and could save you from making a mistake of thinking your okay to drive.

This does come in handy to help keep drivers safe, or to liven up a party. Only downside is the quick battery death.

Very cool little device, seems to b accurate. Very small and bright display.

It is accurate as long as you wait until it says to blow, to actually blow.

While not a legally binding device, it can give you a reasonable estimate of your level of intoxication. I found that about 15 minutes after finishing a glass of Jack Daniels on the rocks, my BAC was 0.04 -- half-way to being legally over the limit. (I was home for the evening, so there was no chance of being stopped on the road.)

This works really well it’s great to have if your out with friends and want to have a couple of drinks

Easy to use. Don't want to be even close to the legal limit. A great conversation piece.

I'd describe it as good. I think it's Relatively accurate but haven't done any double blind randomized testing.

Lots of fun to get toasted and pass this bad boy around the room to see who’s really suffering from rampant casual alcoholism the best/worst! Also, brand name batteries seem to give most accurate results.

I lose .01% BAC in about 40 minutes. This device lets me know how long I have to wait before driving. When it reads 0.00%, I wait at least another 30 minutes before getting in the car ( I want to be VERY sure.) I have been using it since Sep. and so far no problem. I should get it recalibrated to be on the safe side.

This gives you a good idea if it's safe to get in the car or maybe hang out a bit more and order a few waters.

Not very accurate. I’m completely sober from alcohol. When I drink an energy drink it reads at .02-.04.i bought the cheaper version so im not surprised and i still use to test my “sober” partner and teenagers when needed
