Overall, the machine is good. The weights are not metal, they’re plastic filled with sand, and each one weighs about 10 pounds. The instructions are easy to follow, but there are a few mistakes, especially in Step 7 regarding which screws to use. I recommend double‑checking with a ruler or measuring tool to make sure you’re using the correct screws. Some labels are mismatched, but if you follow the pictures, you’ll be fine.
Since the machine uses cables, make sure everything is tightened properly to avoid accidents. I assembled it by myself, but it’s definitely easier with help. It took me about 3 hours to put everything together.
If you’re looking for a home gym for beginners, this is a great option for the price. Don’t expect it to replace every machine at a full gym, but you can work the main muscle groups effectively. I recommend it for beginners. I’m giving it 4 stars because of the instruction issues.
