They gain and retain heat very well and the nonstick is very effective and cleanup is a breeze. There is even a little indicator on the handle for of the pot or pan is hot or safe too tocuh. Definitely follow the instructions and some oil or butter for best results

It doesn’t have that coating which eventually starts losing the coating and needs to be replaced. This cook wear cleans up beatifully as nothing sticks to it. I will use it for a long time.
