I ordered two filaments: one black and one white for my grandson along with the Bambu 3D printer. The black filament was not delivered. This was 2 weeks ago. I paid extra for UPS shipping. UPS tracking says the item was damaged, but they have "insufficient paperwork" from Bestbuy. Bestbuy won't do a thing until after the item is delivered. Bestbuy's chatbot cannot even comprehend what I trying to tell it (dumbest chatbot on planet earth). Their website puts me in an endless loop because I can't get a return or refund until the product arrives and I ship it back. I don't know what else to do but leave a bad review and hope it gets someone's attention at BestBuy.

Most of the time Bambu filament is of good quality. The issue is when it is not and their customer service is terrible and condinding. The spool I purchased varied from 1.6 to 1.73 mm (instead of 1.75) and caused errors resulting in the loss of product and time. I took three pictures using calipers of the issue and they responded wanting 10 pictures as well as video of me taking the pictures. When I objected to this nonsense they ignored me. I would try a different manufacturer rather than subject your money and time to the ridicule Bambu Labs customer service.

The delayed the delivery date and got it about 2 days after the promised date.

Nice to have the RFID, but filament is still kinda pricey

The roll was wrapped to tight the filament kept locking up the AMS unit had to just toss to roll as it was over 2 weeks from purchase date and they dont give refunds or credit after that.

I am very impressed with the fillament from Bambu. It is consistent on quality from roll to rolI. I really appreciate the RFID option included withthe Bambu fillament making it easy to replace or exchange fillament using the AMS sytem. I do not need to wory about roll location or color
