Very intelligent it’s printing with high quality on just the default settings big bed too nozzles i can tell it’s premium quality for both printing and the printer itself

The best 3D printer I own by a huge margin...I love this machine and it does not disappoint. I would definitely recommend this printer. Quality of the prints are phenomenal.

Printer arrived quickly and properly packaged. I have a Bambu P1S and X1C Carbon. They're dying hold a candle to the speed and waste reduction of this printer. It does have a small learning curve but it's easy to overcome. Would highly recommend

Returned a Bambu X1C using my Best Buy Plus membership, which really paid off. I had owned the X1C for 59 days and decided bigger is better. Well, I was correct bigger, is better. The H2D has so much more capability, and it does it with great precision.

The printer was good for the first 500hrs
I recently purchased a 3D printer from Best Buy and I’m experiencing a mechanical issue. The printer is unable to load filament properly and throws an error even when no filament is present. I’ve already done basic troubleshooting and verified nothing is physically jammed.
No it’s not user error ,it’s simply not working on the 3rd color change anymore.
I would recommend this to a friend

My printer arrived fine but then after two days of return period being over i noticed a shipping damage( bent printer front lip which if i never get to move the printer itself i would never notice as it does not effect printing performance but it does not let the door seal properly leading to more smell than it should)
So i contacted support explained the situation and they told me to go through warranty with manufacture which i thought was weird, already not trying to own up to the mistake(i know my fault was not inspecting the printer upon arrival but the damage was not easily noticeable) like i know per policy is like 14 days but if i pay for membership the return period is like 60 days so it seems like they only will own up to their mistake only if i spend money with them which is silly
At the moment i am being toss around bambu support and best buy support even though this is more best buy fault using bad courier
So my take is
If microcenter has one near you go for them
Or just take the shipping charge from bambu
I am done with buying high value item from best buy
Basic member buying 1.5k item gets treated lower than plus member buying 60 dollar item so that is saying something about best buy's competency

Amazing printer with filament dryer on the ams. Took forever to arrive, the box arrived dinged (but all good with items inside), support was bad when I contacted them about wrong pickup dates at store.

This is not an entry level printer and i think needs slightly above entry level knowledge. I love this piece of equipment. Bambu truly has an excellent and user friendly line up.

After extensive research into 3D printers, I ultimately chose Bambu Lab because of their strong reputation for quality and innovation. Wanting to future-proof my setup, I skipped the smaller models and went straight for the H2D, a significant investment at around $2,500. I figured if I was going to do this, I was going to do it right.
The printer arrived and I stored it safely in my basement until I had time to unbox and set it up, about 16 days later. After carefully unpacking it (which took about an hour), I powered it on and began the initial calibration. That’s when I hit a wall.
The printer threw a Z-axis obstruction error right out of the gate. On closer inspection, I found the Z-axis bar completely dislodged from the pocket it’s supposed to sit in. This wasn’t a calibration issue, it was a mechanical failure, straight out of the box.
To make matters worse, Best Buy's return window is only 14 days, so even though the printer had clearly arrived defective, I was outside of the return policy by just two days. I opened a support ticket with Bambu Lab, and I haven't received a response, other than the automated one.
So now I’m stuck with a $2,500 machine that doesn’t function, can’t be returned, and so far, can’t be repaired either.
This experience has left me extremely disappointed, not just in the product, but in the lack of post-purchase support for what is supposed to be a premium brand.

This printer met and exceeded all my expectations. I have about 5 years experience with 3-D printers/printing. I've experienced a lot of the pains and frustrations that come with that journey, and can deter most from continuing with 3-D printing. I've owned several printers in the past and they had their pros and cons. I was hesitant to purchase this for several reasons (mainly cost, but also concerns of being locked into a closed ecosystem). I studied several competitors, but eventually settled on this one. That was the best decision I ever made. I have owned this now for a little over a month and have over 400 hours on the machine. I have not experienced a single failed print. I have not had to tune the filaments or do any adjusting to settings. Every filament I have thrown at this (polymaker, bambu, elegoo, and generic brands) worked beautifully off the default profiles with no adjusting. The only issues with prints that I did experience, were completely my fault by ignoring warnings that it gave me. And even then they did not fail, they just had a lower quality than if I had listened to the warnings. The fit and finish on this machine is top notch. From the very beginning with even the well thought out packaging, the unboxing and setup were all a breeze. You can have this up and running in a very short amount of time. The touchscreen interface, the UI and overall experience is in my opinion top of the line. You can clearly see what the machine is doing, where the filament is going/coming from, the colors being used, the metrics of the chamber and nozzles. The remote monitoring from the app is great, and even slicing from the app is a game changer. You do not even have to slice files on your pc when using models from their proprietary repository (makerworld). Just choose you're linked printer via wi-fi, choose the model and hit print. If any one out there is unsure about this printer, don't hesitate. The performance, quality of the prints and overall experience are as advertised. Yes, it is an expensive piece of machinery, but in my opinion it warrants the cost.
