Set it and forget it 3D printer

The X1 Carbon is a set it and forget it 3D printer. We haven't had a single issue with it since we unpacked the machine. It prints quickly and the noise level is quite minimal. I was worried about noise, but it is far quieter than even a window AC unit. This is my first 3D printer and I think I made the right choice choosing the former flagship of the Bamboo line as it has made learning how to 3D print a fun and painless experience. Can't recommend this machine enough, and if you get it when it's discounted like we did it's just a no brainer!

    PRINTING GOD!!!

Let me start by saying: I didn’t buy a 3D printer. I adopted a high-speed, AI-powered wizard that just happens to poop out flawless models. The Bambu Lab X1C is like the Ferrari of 3D printers, if Ferrari also made you adorable articulated dragons and IKEA furniture parts at warp speed. This thing prints so fast it made my old Ender 3 look like it was on a lunch break. Permanently. Pros: Speed: This printer doesn’t print; it sprints. My first Benchy was done before I could finish making a cup of coffee. I now print things just to feel something. AI-Powered: It watches your prints like a judgmental grandmother. Any little spaghetti monster forming? The X1C is already on it like, “Nope, not today.” AMS (Automatic Material System): It handles multiple filaments like a DJ mixing beats. I now own more spools of filament than pairs of socks. Build Quality: Feels like it was designed by a team of engineers who took it personally that your last printer failed. Cons: Price: Yeah, it’s not cheap. But neither is therapy, and this is basically the same thing. Noise: It’s not loud per se, but the fans do sound like it’s preparing for interstellar travel. Addiction Risk: I now measure my life in print time. “Can I cook dinner?” Let’s see... 2-hour vase mode print. Maybe after. Final Verdict: The Bambu Lab X1C has ruined all other printers for me. It’s like switching from dial-up internet to fiber optics and wondering how you ever tolerated the old way. If you’ve got the cash and the closet space, do it. Your future self (and your shelf full of weird, beautiful prints) will thank you.

First 3D Printer in 10 years

This was my first 3D printer since I tried out a Flashforge Finder about 10 years ago. All I can say is wow. The ease of use and reliability I've experienced with the X1C is incredible. I've had it for less than 2 weeks and already put 150 hours of print time onto it with 0 failures. My only gripe is the amount of wasted filament from purging the hotend during multi-color prints but that comes with the territory and the quantity can be decreased via software tuning. If offline functionality is important to you then you might want to consider a different brand like Prusa as the Bambu Lab printers don't have an ethernet port. They do have an offline mode and LAN however, I have yet to try these features myself. All in all I'd say this is a 10/10 printer for most users.

The Bambu Lab X1 Carbon (X1C) is an awesome 3D printer that really just works. Setup is simple—just unbox it, follow a few quick steps, and you’re ready to print in minutes. It calibrates itself, which makes getting started easy, even if you’re new to 3D printing. The Bambu Studio software works too and gives you all the tools you need without being overwhelming. Print quality is great and consistent. It can print in multi-color with the AMS. One thing to note: it’s not the quietest printer out there, but it’s definitely quieter than most others. If you’re looking for a fast, reliable, and user-friendly printer, the X1C is a solid pick—and it’s just fun to use. Too bad prices went up!

My Experience Purchasing a Bambu Lab X1 Carbon at

I purchased the Bambu Lab X1 Carbon and it has exceeded my expectations. The print quality is outstanding, with crisp details and almost no post-processing required. It prints much faster than other machines I have tried, without sacrificing quality. The AMS multi-color module is a great advantage for combining several filaments in one project. The interface is intuitive, calibration is nearly fully automated, and the integrated camera makes it easy to monitor prints remotely. Its build quality is robust, reliable, and gives the impression of professional-grade equipment. The AMS can be a bit slow when switching filaments, and a built-in heated chamber would make it even better for technical materials, but overall the performance is excellent. The buying experience was also outstanding. The sales associate provided me with all the information I needed about the printer, explained payment options and reliability, and offered such friendly and personalized service that I felt like a premium customer. Both the printer and the purchasing experience were top-tier, and I strongly recommend this product and buying it at Best Buy.

This is my very first 3D printer and I couldn’t be happier with it. As someone new to the hobby, I was worried it might be complicated, but setup was straightforward and the learning curve wasn’t bad at all. The printer has been running almost nonstop and every print has come out great. No complaints so far. It’s easy to use, reliable, and has made getting into 3D printing an amazing experience. Highly recommend for beginners!

This is my fourth 3D printer and I’m blown away. Setup was quick, it basically calibrates itself, and my very first print came out perfect. The AMS system makes swapping colors super easy, and the print quality is fantastic. A little louder than I expected, but overall an amazing machine and worth every penny. Wish this was my first printer would have been so much easier and saved me so much time. No glue stick needed!

I couldn’t be more pleased with Bambu Labs. Setup was a breeze and worked right out of the box. Perfect benchy test and off to the races. 4 color swap is great and works seamless. Their Bambu Studio app is handy and loads files wirelessly. This is a super fast machine and the print quality is chefs kiss! I want more Bambu labs printers.

I picked up a Bambu Lab X1 Carbon with the AMS, and I have to say that it just works. Setup was quick and painless, and everything was ready to go right out of the box. The AMS system makes multi-color and multi-material printing effortless, and the machine handles it flawlessly. The print quality is fantastic is sharp, detailed, and consistent across every job I’ve run so far. I’ve owned a few 3D printers before, and this is the first one that feels truly reliable and polished rather than something I need to constantly tweak or babysit. If you want a printer that’s easy to use, produces amazing results, and takes the hassle out of 3D printing, the X1C with AMS is absolutely worth it. My only negative is price. With options like the Elegoo Centuri Carbon and the Creality K2 Plus, the Bambu Labs X1C needs to come down in price to remain competitive on cost.

It does have a slightly high learning curve but can be mastered with a little patience. The software is very easy to use and you can even use your IPhone to control it. Prints beautiful and is pretty fast also. I guess I would recommend maybe a little experience with 3D printing before using this as your first 3D printer but I’m sure it could be done. It sure has great features for the price and a fairly easy platform for use plus multicolor printing.

Fantastic Machine that loves to build!

I've been prototyping since 1994 when machines cost over $200k. When desktop printing because available and affordable, a lot of time was spent "tinkering" to get good builds. Purchasing the X1-C was the result of my research and talking to the Maker community using this machine. So how does it work? Fantastically! If you're done tinkering with machines and simply want something that builds parts...and correctly the first try, then the X1-C should be at the top of your list. The set-up of the machine through building my first part was less than an hour. Both Bambu's phone app and PC software are very straight-forward to use, and I love the tips and Wiki suggestions that are available, not to mention the strong community of practice. The machine loves to build and loves to build fast! I have seen vast improvements to my projects, in addition to opening up the door for more creativity through multi-color printing. I highly recommend the X1 by Bambu Labs

Great for begginers and pro's. Very accurate and i even keep mine on ludicrous mode which cuts the time in half. Very happy with my new 3d printer. Very easy to use and can even be activated through the app and also supervised. Was giving up on 3d printing till i saw this had auto leveling. Got this for that reason but it does so much more. 3d printing has never been this easy and fun. Great hobby and can easily be very profitable also. Made gifts for my nieces and nephews in the 1st week. The machine is very accurate and fast. Bambu app itself provides alot of items thats ready. Litteraly just click and print.

The Bambu Lab X1C Combo has completely transformed my 3D printing workflow. I’ve logged over 100 hours so far and it hasn’t skipped a beat. From PLA to PETG and even ASA, this machine handles all materials with precision and reliability. The print quality is consistently sharp, the speed is next-level, and the AMS system makes filament changes effortless. I’ve done long, complex prints without any warping or layer issues, even in tougher filaments like ASA. This is hands down the best printer I’ve ever used — it’s fast, smart, and rock solid. Highly recommend it for anyone serious about printing.

The Bambu X1C has performed flawlessly throughout my first 20 3d prints. There is a slight learning curve which is understandable considering this is one of the best 3d printers on the market. This is my first printer. I learned the basics quickly and the Bambu software was easy to navigate with minimal time investment. I would highly recommend the X1C to a beginner or professional who is looking to upgrade. I scheduled a Best Buy pickup and the associate placed the printer in my trunk. Quick, easy, and a lower risk of shipping damage. I financed my printer through my Best Buy credit card and my review is genuine.

I haven’t printed a lot yet, but so far it’s done everything I’ve thrown at it perfectly! I won’t deny I’m more than a little worried though after finding the package UPSIDE DOWN upon delivery despite several written warnings on the box, and there are a few sound issues I’m having that I’m not quite sure are normal( this is the third x1c I’ve dealt with and this by far the loudest, though I haven’t tried lubricating it yet, so I’m not too worried), but so far the printer’s worked great.
