At first it was hard to figure out how to change from game to game but now we mastered that. This game is truly a lot of fun and as close to the real arcade game as I’ve ever seen.

Chatted with customer service to see if the wrong item could be picked up by UPS courtesy of Best Buy and nothing . this item weighs over 80lbs I'm unable to return it by myself I made that clear to customer service. Ended up spending $25 more to have the wrong item returned. So disappointed.
