The sound quality is as good as any other product I've tested including the most highest priced. I own a pair of STAX - these B&O's are as good. The touch functions work as described. The feel of where the earpiece can be touched to activate certain functions requires some practice. The touch-volume adjusts from no sound up to loud enough to enjoy music or other media audio. I like this function very much. The quieting is dead-full quieting. In full quiet mode, with NO audio playing in the headphones, you will not be able to hear a person standing next to you talk unless they shout. Once audio is present, all sounds outside the headphones disappear. The only issue I have is that no power supply was provided to charge the phones - a charging cable but no supply. I called B&O about this and was told they deliberately did not provide one thinking most people have access to a 5v USB charger. For the price of these headphones, a charger should have been included.

Bang and Olufsen sound quality. Very comfortable and excellent build materials. Instructions could be better in the original packaging.

I'm not sure if it's because these are specifically made to work with phones and bluetooth, but for the price they should be able to work incredibly with any bluetooth product, wether it's a computer, phone, notebook, etc. I was a little disappointed with being told they may not work their best after the fact of purchasing them from the manufacturer themselves once I had a question about a connectivity issue. I do like the quality of the sound, however I still am confused with one of the functions.

Overall, very good sound quality. The volume does not hit super high levels. Noise cancellation is OK but not on par with the best.

Not as loud as I was hoping for but the noise cancelling is amazing. Quality for sure.

The signature sound of the H9i is great. The bass is particularly impressive. Probably the best bass I’ve heard on wireless headphones. However, the connection can be finicky. Sometimes it drops for no apparent reason or it simply pauses what you’re listening to over and over again. I had to disconnect and turn off multiple times because of this issue. As well the ear cups are fully round. They are comfortable but can be annoying after a couple of hours of continuous listening.

I loved my Studio Beats (please see my other reviews about the Sport Beats LOL !) but these take it to the next level with noise cancellation and clean sound ! Only negative is the price.

after pairing multiple devices to thes, I had problems. I think the battery just gave out. They wouldnt charge even over night. Aside from that , they are very comfortable. maybe they should have more clamp when working out. theyll fall off exercising. but the sounds and ability to pair to multiole devices is awesome

I am a very experienced user of headphones through out my 47 years. Expensive ones, cheap ones. Big ones, small ones. All that I can say is that every aspect of these cans is on a different level. And comfort of wearing these things couldn’t be better. I don’t know if I would change much of anything, except the price. But, you know when you put these on where the extra money is going.

Excellent of Pure Sound, Deep, Sharp and the touch interface is a plus, and it is very easy to uses too.

Using these noise canceling headphones during chemo treatment. Great sound and very comfy.

These are pretty good in terms of comfort and build quality. Even the sound signature is really nice and exciting...but only when you turn off noise cancellation. With noise cancellation on, the headphones sound completely different and not good at all. This drastic change in sound is what made me return them.

Had to return do to significant delay, when watching movies with Bluetooth. Otherwise, amazing sound.

I got them for a hundred bucks off and believe they will do best at the 350 to 400 range. Sound is clear and loud enough. Build quality is great but be careful with touch sensitive surfaces as they can get scuffed.

Made from premium materials and got it on sale for 350.00 instead of 500.00. Looking forward to using this on the plane since I travel a lot.

These are among the best I've ever owned. And great battery!!

Wish it was louder and had a bit more bass. Also the side control are extremely sensitive. Sound quality is great tho. Crystal clear and not too bright. IMO def better then the B&W.

Pleasantly surprised with the quality of the materials composing these headphones. Sound was of high wonderful and the noise cancelling feature worked as advertised
