Best Buy did replace that one. About 2-3 later the 2nd original boat stopped working. Tried replacing batteries and that didn’t work. Been on hold 40:00 and counting trying to get the 2nd boat replaced.

Worse Customer Service EVER

(Waiting on pool to be installed) opened yesterday and one has a HOLE in it. Called Turkey Creek BB twice to be put on hold FOREVER and then hung up on. Kids love the ONE good one. Called Customer Service NOTHING scan be done after 15 days. I’ll never be buying anything else from BESTBUY

Motorized bumper flotation

Great fun and has water gun, never have to fill the water it comes from the water in the pool. Just cruises around.

Bought 4 opened 2 to check them out we to use again a few weeks later and did not work. Changed the 8 D batteries and still didn’t work (changing the batteries is a pain in the ..) do not recommend. Spend your money on anything but these.

One of them the water gun wouldn't turn off and was continually spraying. They both had holes in them by the end of the first day. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Was going to see about getting a replacement from the manufacturer, but too many hoops to jump through. Ended up returning them. The kids liked them the one time they used them though.

Nephews Loved Them!

They totally enjoyed zipping around the pool (squirting me too. Lol) Assemble was easy, just be prepared they need 8 DD batteries each.
