Had to return it. The first(and only) time we used it, it began to get hot after approximately 10 minutes. The motor was slowing down after the overhearing and started grabbing the hair instead of cutting it. We turned it off, put back in the box and returned it a few days later. Avoid this product at all costs!

Even the nose hair trimmer doesn't work well I after flipping the switch to turn it on, I've always had to tap it on the counter in order for it to start.
