    Very good experience on the purchase of 3 Microsoft Pro Surface lap top computer! Unfortunately the sims cards did not get installed Properly so had to have them reinstalled. Bothe manager and the geek squad gave me extra time for consultation which helped alot

    In the directions it says to remove round cap and insert emergency key to open for the 1st time. When you look at the the parts of the safe there is no round cap to remove. I'm confused
