Don’t waste your money!!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have had the machine for 4 months. It has been trouble since the first day. It frequently fails to read capsules, the touchscreen is non-responsive, and sometimes the machine won’t even turn on unless it’s first unplugged then plugged back in. I’ve tried meticulous cleaning, opening and closing the lid, and cleaning the bar code reader, but it still fails to read capsules. However, if I turn the power off and on without opening the lid, it instantly reads the capsule. So it’s not related to cleaning or how I closed the lid. I contacted customer support who at first of course tried to blame me, but finally gave me return authorization for repair. They received unit at close of business Friday. Monday was Memorial Day holiday so machine wasn’t looked at until Tuesday. On Tuesday, they decided nothing was wrong with machine and sent the same defective unit back to me along with a gaslighting email saying if I was having issues with the machine, it must be my fault. They totally refuse to acknowledge the issues I’m having or that there could be anything wrong with their machine. They even went so far as to suggest something us wrong with the electrical outlets in my 10yr old house and that’s why the machine doesn’t work correctly. If you’re lucky enough to get a fully functional unit, everything should be great for you. But if you’re as unlucky as I was and receive a defective unit, be aware that customer service is non-existent with this company, and be prepared for the gaslighting and being blamed for whatever is wrong with the machine. This company does not care about the quality of the product, nor do they care about the customer.
