The only problem is after few months, I had to stretch it to the full to be retracted. So it’s possible that it can not be retractable any more in the future.

Pleasantly surprise how the cords unwinds smoothly and stays in play until I pull for retraction. Smooth- does not snap back. Extends to my desired length. I love the turtle shell hive when not in use- avoiding wrapping this cord (unsightly).
