    Get job,but no instructions on how to use it except verbal. They should have been written down. I have no idea how to make it work when someone else pushes the buttons and it no longer works.

    Bruce came with a gregarious personality and lots of knowledge. He did what he was supposed to do and answered questions we had about other type of tech issues we were having. He promised to return with new product for us to purchase (google wifi mesh) in the next week.... he never followed through even though we texted back and forth... it all started out perfect but was disappointing in the end.

    The workers went over and above to reinstall my home theater system and construction work was completed in the house. I noticed later that 2 of the speakers were not working.

    had to return cause it did not work for us

    the two young men knew what they were doing regarding the set up. I felt they just wanted to get the set done and leave. they answered my questions and were polite short on their answers. the problem that I wanted to get done was not taken care of but it does not matter, as I had to return the soundbar, cause of it.

    Was having everything else setup with install so just had them basically plug it in an made sure there were no issues. Basically though I feel just about anybody could set it up.

    ARC a problem

    The communication prior to arrival was stellar. Only issue was not being able to connect the ARC even though TV and sound system were ARC enabled and both were Sony's. Only option was to return for another sound bar or connect using optical cable.

    Same contract workers that set up 55 inch TV did this installation, not that impressed.

    I had moved and had sound system hooked up. The sound system was hooked up correctly but they were to return to drill hole through shelf so cords could be pulled up through hole and not hanging out front of cabinet. Never returned.

    Arrived at my home for the set up. It was obvious that they. We’re in a big hurry to leave. Set up the system and told me to play with the app and it should be fine

    Chris provided the utmost in a professional installation. He did warn me that the rear speaker system was not reliable and that most people returned the system. This installation was not in a larger room and it works just fine. We are happy for your expertise and would like him to return and help with gettin the sound to work with some of the apps on the TV unit.

    Had the sound fixed on my receiver to run from TV to speakers. My sound on my PS3 is still not right. When I watch a movie the sound is not working fight from the main stars in the movie. Need to have the guy to tell me what I need to change on the settings.

    They were supposed to setup TV and to connect existing surround sound system to TV and set both up. I was told that my Surround Sound was to Old and they couldn't set it up and I should buy a Sound Bar. Note: Existing Sound System was working and was connected to a "65 inch Samsung LED TV and I don't know why the new TV wouldn't work. It just cost me several hundred dollars more than it should. This is the fourth time I have written out the details and no contact from Best Buy. I don't think these are ever read.

    Since the initial set up was not done completely we had Travis the in-house consultant come and fix it. He did a great job
