I'm a busy dad and husband who doesn't have a ton of time for video games anymore. So, I'm pretty picky about what I'll play and actually invest time in. The Batman: Arkham series of games has definitely been worth my time. These games are well written by some of the guys involved in the Animated Series and the voice acting is top-notch with the likes of Mark Hamill, Kevin Conroy, Tara Strong, Nolan North, and Troy Baker. The open world environments and the pacing of the game make sure that you never get bored while playing. Many have tried and failed, but Rocksteady finally got it right! If you're a fan of Batman and have played the other games in the Arkham series, you won't want to miss how the story ends.

This game is very clever. It does so much right yet so much wrong. The story is spot on, I loved it. It stumbles with the frequency in which it makes you use the batmobile. It feels very excessive to the point where the majority of "boss battles" are done while on the batmobile. Don't get me wrong the batmobile is awesome it simply feels like rocksteady wanted you to use it and in doing so caused it to become repetitive. The side missions are fun for those looking to deviate of the beaten path. The world feels alive and lived in. Guest appearances to please fans of the lore. There's just so much this game gets right when you overlook the batmobile being overused.

It's fun, it's fast, it's exhilarating...RockSteady, you've done it again. From the bat mobile to the team-ups, flat out excellent! The storyline and the voice-acting, outstanding.

This is one of the best Batman games I have played. It is smooth and doesn't seem to drop frames like other batman games of the past but there is one thing that brings this game to a whole another level....You can now drive the Batmobile and blow things up! That, to me, is the biggest upgrade to this series. I cannot tell you how much fun it is to drive around in that thing. Of course, this game features the same free flowing combat system that this series is known for and everybody knows that the console versions are better than the PC version. The console version will also get all the DLCs which the PC version won't.

This review is based on playing 11% of the game, however I must say this game so far couldn't be any better. First, the controls and cameras are top notch, I haven't had any issues of not being able to see around objects or camera adjustments that make me not able to control my character properly. Second, the audio is perfect. Music sets the mood brilliantly. Also, with the returning voice casts, the feeling of actually being in this universe is amazing and exciting!!! Finally, graphically the game is incredible. If you ever play a game where you wish the gameplay looked like the cutscenes, this one does it!

Great story line with ample side missions to occupy time when you just feel like exploring gotham. Good mix of normal/challenging missions. Really nice graphics too.

Overall, this is a solid game that provides the best Batman experience any video game can provide. Some of the previous games held the player's hand through the story, providong blatent hints and simple puzzles. Less guidance through the detective work in this game ensures that you invest the time in figuring out the finer details of the case. While the battles are a major component, they're not the only thing carrying the game. The story is dark and quite enjoyable. PC issues aside, the Xbox version performs just fine, with the exception of a few control tweaks that I performed initially.

Everything about this game improves on the originals. Tighter combat controls, most exciting and well written story, best voice acting and the Batmobile!

I enjoyed the last few Batman games that have come out but got bored of them after time. The addition of the Bat Mobile, the beautiful graphics, the enormous scale of Gotham City, the ability to go to GPD to visit with your captures and interact with the scum of Gotham, to all the gadgets and abilities, to the combos, to the customization and freedom, keep this game fresh and exciting! If there has ever been a game that transforms you into a Super Hero, THIS IS IT! This game will take time to master, but allows you to have fun along the way... Truly a masterpiece.

This is one of my favorite games of 2015. The story, gameplay, action, and diversity makes it the best Batman yet. Hofhly recommend it.

Excellent game. controls are easy to get used to. A lot more functionality such as driving the bat mobile. Best in the series thus far.

The Arkham games are great and this is arguably the best yet. Top voice talent, story telling, visuals and action make this a blast.

If you have played the first two in this trilogy you know what you are getting into. Chained combat combos,weapon,and suit upgrades. Now you have the batmobile, Although it is much easier to soar across the city by grapple. You have Riddler's riddles. And more of the same. The game look good on next gen consoles. Every retailer has an exclusive. But..... Buy a season pass and in August after the exclusivity is over you will get all the bonuses. Highly recommended. Just don't buy the pc version until they fix it.

As a game it is wonderful, with a great story and an in depth look into the batman universe. My complaints are minor. I didn't feel like this one was as good as Arkham City, I didn't feel like there were as many side quests and villains. I also wish they would have taken more advantage of the duel combat and focused a little less on the batmobile. However, the batmobile does feel wonderful to drive, crashing through pillars and walls gives it a hefty feeling. Overall a wonderful game from a wonderful studio.

I have been a fan of the Arkham series since Arkham Asylum, so getting Arkham Knight was a no-brainer for me. The fact that they brought back the original voice cast after Arkham Origins was another selling point. Although some of the fight scenes can get tedious (I'm looking at you, drones), this game provides a solid challenge even for seasoned veterans of the Arkham series. The plot is deep and every bit as twisted as previous games in the series, and the graphics are astounding. Worth every penny!

I love this game. Great story, very good controls / action. Looks and feels much better than the earlier Xbox 360 Batman games.

The Arkham series finishes strong. Great graphics, awesome open world structure, compelling storyline and ample side quests.

I've been a fan of the Arkham series since Arkham City, and this game continues the excellent story-telling and gameplay of the previous games. I haven't completed the main storyline yet, but the plot and character development is great. The addition of the Batmobile is fun, although it's a bit overused in the beginning. While I can't quite put my finger on why it is, my only complaint is that, Gotham City doesn't feel as immersive or gritty as it did in other entries in the series.

Great game, just as good as Archam Asylum and Archam City, perhaps even better. Larger city, Batmobile, and new puzzles.
