It is a war came, but has a interesting story through WW1. I have enjoyed my time playing the campaign. Very rich graphics and just enough variety in the different stories to make it fun. I have not played multiplayer.

Battlefield 1 remains loyal to games history of open space combat, and has excellent fit with World War 1’s weapons, vehicles, and terrain. The Ops ,has one side pushing forward while the other holds them back in conflicts that can go on for a long time, and changes in environments as the battle progresses keeps the fight fresh.

Most addictive war game FPS I’ve ever played bar none.

Battlefield 1 is a worthy follow up to the Excellent BF4 game on the XBOX One. As expected multiplayer is most definitely the focus of this game so I would suggest an XBOX Live membership to fully enjoy. The single player (offline) mode is worth playing and even though it may only last a few frantic hours it was very well acted. The cut scenes are fantastic and transition into your mission very clearly. Following the initial patch release in December many of the frustrating bugs have been remedied such as the ability to actually quit the game, and some strange gameplay balance issues. The rewards system is still confusing, atmospheric sounds are still an issue, and many weapons are not balanced properly. A new 'hardcore" mode allows players to avoid the weapon frustrations (they are all extremely lethal) and is suggested for die hard Battlefield players like myself. A particular bright spot is the air war. The bi-planes fly at a speed which makes the arena feel very large and make it much more fun than the BF4 air war. Battlefield 1 is worth purchasing the expanded game with a 'season pass' for all of the DLC content.

This game really caught me by surprise. I wasn't expecting such a complete package! Very underrated campaign (a little short). The online play is where this game really shines! Modern Warfare has nothing on this game.

This is a very fun game this time around. From the campaign being about 6 different soldiers of WWI to the well developed online gameplay; this time its worth picking up when you get the chance. Highly recommended.

This game is so much fun. The campaign is short, but incredibly well done. The bulk of your time will be spent in multiplayer which is intense. If you like realistic shooters I can't recommend this game enough.

I played this game and was really impressed with the graphics and the realistic feel. I almost felt like I was accully In WW 1 also I realized that I knew almost nothing about WW 1 so it was also educational

Battlefield 1 is a nice return to the old style shooters while still keeping it modern. Multiplayer is fun and it keeps up the same pace from older battlefield games. While single player is pretty short with nothing to write home about. Overall it's a great purchase on sale, maybe not so much full price.

If you like epic and amazing gameplay then this game is for you. bf1 provides moments of online action that you can't get anywhere else. The campaign is also improved from all other BF Games in the past.

the game was fun to play however i beat the game in a few days i wish it took longer to beat the game

Absolutely fantastic! I love this game so much! This is without a doubt my all time favorite multiplayer game, and the campaign is also very excellent! I would recommend this to anyone out there!

The campaign is split into five engrossing short stories that make up the best Battlefield campaign yet. The multiplayer is fantastic as well. If you love Battlefield, don't hesitate to get this.

This game is awesome! The graphics, the story and the overall gameplay is phenomenal!! This game will make you look at Call of Duty so different. Definitely surpasses COD by a landslide!!

This game will have you planted on your seat. It has various good stories. The graphics are amazing and the customization is deep. One thing I didn't like is tha it ia not local co-op

I bought this not knowing what to think but it turned out being a better game then I thought it would be. Graphics are great as are the different story lines. It’s nice that there are different story arcs instead of one single act the entire game.

The multiplayer is amazing and well tuned, and it absolutely nails the sound and feeling of World War 1.Absoulute fun for hours on end. I highly recommend it playing this one.

Is very good game. Very appealing campaign as the story is done with several different characters in varying regions of the war. Multiplayer is better than it has ever been.

By far the best FPS I've ever played. The war stories campaign is the most entertaining war game ever period! Multiplayer has vastly improved with customization of loadouts.
