    bought for my son as he wanted this over the new Call of Duty Infinite Warfare. Prepared my self for the disappointment and cry to get Call of Duty once it came out as he did with previous version of Battlefield...never happened. he has owned every Call of Duty game so far but after this game he did not ask for it. He truly enjoys the warfare in this game and even added it to his YouTube Channel (ItsDSwizzy).

    Battlefield 1 is DICE's move to differentiate themselves from the other shooters on the market, and it works. While everyone else is headed into the future, into space, or just to another planet, Dice takes you to the brutal, beautiful, bloody battlefields of World War 1. Interjecting DICE's customarily insane level of graphical beauty, destructibility, and grit, Battlefield 1 manages took look great . . . and make you cringe as you and your buddies get blown to shreds in a true historical perspective. As the loading screen warns, you're expected to fight, not survive.

    The game is just plain awesome. It looks smooth. It plays smooth. Its just all around great. There are a few things i miss from battlefield 4 that are not in this one, like the helicopters, but thats expected since its a WWI game. This one does have new things like horses and flamethrowers, so its not a total loss. I highly recommend this game to any fan of the battlefield games.

    This is probably the best Battlefield game I've played in a while. The guns feel great, maps are designed intelligently with good variety, locations are fantastic, and controls are smooth. Only gripe is when sniping, you don't really have to account for bullet drop, which was the case in past Battlefields. Still, it doesn't hurt the game. Just makes it a bit easier.
