Worst piece of equipment ever bought

As I'm a positive person I'll start with the pro: Sound quality is good Battery life is decent Bluetooth radius is good Water resistant Now cons: Comfort - not really comfortable Sports - cannot use them while running or riding a bike. Air hits against them and music quality is 0 Quality - first pair I had, the volume control buttons fell off - changed them with Apple. The pair they sent me, the lid on the miniusb port would stay open all the time. 2 months later (my warranty was over) the rubber on the volume control buttons started peeling off and finally the volume control fell apart again.

I had one of the previous versions of the powerbeats, and, when those finally died, I naturally just decided to get the newer ones. It felt like a downgrade. The volume rocker was changed from silicone to hard plastic and they just didn't fit the same. I didn't keep them. Unless you have huge ears, the over ear part is just too big.

Another quality product from Beats. I like these Bluetooth headphones because they're lightweight and you don't have to work around the cord while you exercise. Long battery life too. The only downfall with these and the earlier generation is that the cord material that connects the two buds will stick to your neck when it gets sweaty. Would definitely upgrade if they made a set with a different material that wouldn't stick!

I love these! These are my second pair because my first pair were stolen. They come in handy for everything and the battery life is great! My only issue is the little rubber pieces that connect to the end...although they give you additional options in your box, I hate they come off as easy as they do. Nonetheless, that's a minor thing compared to how much I enjoy them.

I'm a huge Apple fan, but these headphones are buggy and made of cheap plastic. They crackle when moved and volume can instantly go so high that your ears ring. They don't even look that great. I'm pretty disappointed, they were expensive. Battery life is ok.

I loved my Powerbeats 2 and those finally gave out as they usually do after 1 year. The PB 3 were the only ones available. They were very cheap plastic feeling...when a call came in, there were noises and static. The quality is not the same at all! I quickly returned and purchased the Jaybird X3 and I love them.

I have been impressed with these earphones. They consistently last 7-8 hours as advertised, and you can walk up to 15-20 feet from your iPhone and maintain the connection. My one gripe is that the plastic post that goes behind your ear is a little flimsy. The first pair that I had broke on one ear inside of 5 months. Fortunately I took them to an Apple Store and they were replaced free of charge even though it was not technically covered.

Easy to use, battery life is very long. Love the option of having a 5 minute charge for an hour of listening when I forget to charge them. The case is made of flimsy rubber with no way to actually close it. That would be my only complaint. Other than that, great sound and they stay in my ears while running.

I know everyone has different ears so this is just my personal experience. The hard plastic part right behind the actual earbud doesn't allow the headphone to sit right. Also the cable can only be worn in the front. If you put the cable behind your neck, every time you turn your head left or right it rubs on your neck/head and pulls the headphones out slightly. The sound is really nice though.

So I'm not sure if I just have small ears or what, but normal ear pods hurt my ears and they fall out no matter the size of the rubber part I put in. These stay in my ears all day, and don't hurt them. I LOVE them. . The only part I wish was a little different was the battery quick charge, If it had a longer battery for the quick charge that would be awesome!

Very good sound quality. They stay on the ear well with the clips. The interchangeable ear plugs need to be of different material. The ones that come with it are not in a firm enough material to fill the passage. So they don't stay in tight and they don't block any outside noise.

Excellent battery life and great sound but for me these Powerbeats3 wireless earphones had an uncomfortable fit and were overpriced. The hard plastic piece that the little interchangeable buds fit on pressed against the cartilage in my ears and made them too uncomfortable to wear for more than 30 minutes at a time. This was a big deal to me since I love to listen to books on my phone as well as music. After about 30 minutes, sometimes in the middle of the plot, I would have to change out these earphones because they were just too uncomfortable! I replaced these Powerbeats with a much cheaper pair of MPOW wireless earphones ($19.99) and they have been fantastic. I have about 7 hours of battery life but I'm okay with that because at $20 I spent 1/5 the cost of what I paid for the Powerbeats3 earphones.

They were on sale. Uncomfortable, almost painful to wear. No adjustment to the ear hook, lest the rubber bit that goes in the ear. Sound is passable but limited, hardly any bass. I'm using a Samsung S2 tab mostly so maybe there's an app for apple products for it but there's none for Android. Cheap plastic transmits rustling and movement noise into the ears

Disconnects from my Bluetooth way too much. It disconnects when in my pocket. Frustrating. The fit is ok and sound is good. The plastic around the neck wire is an irritant. Sticks to my neck and tugs one side of my headphones loose.

LOVE my corded beats and thought I'd try the cordless. They don't fit well in my ear. Tried all sizes. The plastic over ear piece prevented a better fit. Sound quality suffered tremendously. Kept them for 2 days and returned them for refund. I'll stick with corded for now.

My initial assessment of these headphones a year ago was great, they provide a good quality sound out of a in ear style headphone that is geared towards operating under conditions that are a little more hostile then normal- working out. Over the year I have had a couple complaints. 1. @@@@@@@ it seems like whatever I do I can't find the balance with the wire around the kneck so that the headphones stay and don't get pulled out of the ear from your neck moving. 2. @@@@@@@ by roughly month four, the plastic covering over the volume adjustments fell off which I then wrapped in electrical tape so it would still work. 3) At month nine the headphones decided to turn down the volume on their own intermittently until it goes to completely mute. It seems like this only happens when they aren't 100% charged, but even the best of us forget to charge every day and it shouldn't be needed.

These headphones have great sound quality, taking into consideration that they are bluetooth. The majority of other bluetooth headphones that I have tried are not very loud at all, this set seems to do the job. I wish I could say the same about the quality of the product. After just a month of owning them the battery does not hold for longer than 2hrs, the rubber has become worn and is very tacky from sweat. Normally this wouldn't be an issue but seeing as how these headphones are marketed for working out they should be somewhat sweat resistant. For a $200 price tag I would definitely expect a better quality product, especially something that has the Apple name on it. When I brought these headphones back to Best Buy they wanted to send them out for repair but after owning them for only month they should not be repaired they should be replaced. This is not Best Buy's fault, it is Apple's.

Pros: Battery life (although don't forget to power off. Even if you aren't using them the battery drains if the power is on; which is totally stupid.) Great fit. They stay in your ears! Look great! Cons: No voice menu They hurt I'd warn to long. The plastic outer casing is too hard. No timeout power-off Too expensive compared to peers Could be louder. On a plane you'll find you max them out and wish they went louder.

I am ABSOLUTELY dissapointed with Apple products and specially Apple Care. I purchased the wireless PowerBeats a little over a year ago for almost $130.00 at BestBuy and the loop that goes around the ear has failed and the rigid wire that was inside a plastic tubing has come out and its puncturing my ear. First of all, I am utterly DISSAPOINTED with the failure of this item after just over a year of mild use. A friend of mine bought some Sony Wireless earphones for a fraction of the price and they are still running strong, not to mention the battery life is far superior. In addition, Apple Care blatantly stated that the only way to have those fixed is by paying a $99.00 service fee plus other fees that would amount to guess what? Almost the exact price I paid a year ago for a brand new set. Does apple think they sell $130.00 earphones meant to be diaposable after merely a year of use? Dont they go the extra mile for clients that own and have own their products for over 10 years? Bottom line is, 1) The product is of poor quality and Will FAIL 2) Apple Care won't have any interest in helping you other than ripping you off 3) There are superior product with much better customer service and retention.

I first had the wireless beats2 and they were great but I wore them out so I needed new ones. I purchased the wireless beats3 and noticed that these were inferior to my previous ones. They cut out during play periodically. Cheaper material used. Simple touches like the rubber dust cover for the charging port removed. Then I found out that Apple had purchased the beats company from Dr.Dre. Wow. I-never expected an Apple product to be so cheap, they took a great product and made it sub-par. Great job Apple.
