They sent me an email, I clicked redeem, it brought me to Apple Music and the screen just said “sorry an error occurred” or something like that. And it did this over and over countless times. And when I click on customer service it brings me immediately back to Best Buy and literally says “sorry an error occurred”. I have WiFi it’s connected fine every other thing on my phone using WiFi is fine. I was able to redeem Apple TV + but still couldn’t even get Apple News + the same thing happened. How can you advertise something and not let it be redeemable? And I remember the same thing happened to my beats studio 3’s a while ago when they promised “6 months Apple Music Free” I was so excited man, just to be disappointed again.

No good

I wanted to love them but I’m not able to adjust the EQ to make the sound feel full. They are comfortable but every time I adjust them I hit the start play button, which is annoying. Sadly I’m one day past the return date or these would be going back to pasture.
