Customers highly value the Beats Flex Wireless Earphones for their exceptional sound quality, long battery life, and comfortable fit. They appreciate the reasonable price point and the convenience of the wireless design. However, some users have expressed concerns about the limited volume and bass, as well as instances of the earphones suddenly stopping working.

Got these because I left my nose at home and I need a pair for the plane ride back. They are not as good as my Bose but they filled in nicely. I also like how the link together so the don't fall off you neck. Love the color also as I got the teal.

The world's BEST pair of wired, wireless headphones!!! The bass is GREAT and they tune EVERYTHING out! They come with a few sizes of ear piece things which is awesome. Theyre so convenient when they stay on your neck while not in use and the magnet is cool. They last a while on one charge!!

Well i wasn't expecting mind-blowing bass in this the lower end of the line of in ear beats but whelp darn I'm more then a little bummed about the quality of sound. Goes to show good sound is lb for lb worth it in the audio world.

These broke while under warranty, but Beats said I abused them. Okay so I purchased another set and treated them like expensive eyewear. Nope, they also broke. If you must buy these, know they’re going to break or stop working, and buy the BestBuy Warranty! I loved them until they stopped working and I was very disappointed when they wouldn’t honor the warranty. I certainly did not abuse them.

Would highly suggest you do not get these. This is the SECOND time I’ve gotten a pair from Best Buy that had issues within a couple months. The first pair sounded like crinkled newspaper after two months then this most recent pair I got in October just broke this morning. The sound quality originally was amazing for the first few months.

Initially I was satisfied with this purchase but 2 1/2 months later the thin sheath of plastic covering the wiring is shredding and detaching from the wiring. Wires are exposed and at times I hear crackling noises. I will submit a warranty claim and keep you all updated on the results of that claim. Very disappointed and it happened once before lol but they do last for 12 hours.

Not a good product, bad mic placement to close to neck muffles the microphone, if your the listener you can’t here me very well. The connect to an iPhone is hit and Mis. It seams, you have to remove the headphones from around your neck to pair it. Sound quality for music is ok.

I wanted a pair of wireless earphones that when they fell out they didn't land on the floor. I liked these enough that I bought a second pair two months later so I would always have a charged pair. Within 6 months of purchase BOTH pairs developed cracks in the plastic wire covering (see photo.) One pair lost sound in one earbud but I was able to tape around the cracks in the second pair to stabilize the damage. Second negative feature is that the distance range for bluetooth connection is very small. I had to carry my phone or laptop with me if I wanted to listen to podcasts as I worked around the house.
