The sound coming from them is amazing!! Love them. I got them because my other ones won't stay around my neck but these don't go anywhere and I am really pleased with them.

I put it on charge for like 5 hrs and use it after 2 hrs dead not holding charge.

I bought this headphone at the end of February and have been lightly using since then. I really liked the sound quality, battery life and easy to use. But, today, I found that left side earbud is broken during normal use and unusable. Is this covered under factory warranty?

Had to wait a few days to ship; spent 30mins to travel to pickup and it doesnt turn on. Left it "charging" overnight and same issue. Tried another cable and same thing. I was looking at the manual and it suppose to turn red when charging. Makes me feel like geek squard does not test these before selling.

My Beatx arrived Saturday and I opened them today for work and there is no sound coming out of the product. This is such a disappointment because the shipping process took about 2 days and to open them up today and they do not work is crazy. Why sell refurbished items that do not work? These were still expensive and the expectation is that the products work.

My first pair continually disconnected and was let down by the sound quality. Took them to Apple Care, they shipped them out for inspection "could not replicate the issue" and sent them back. The disconnection issue persisted. I exchanged them at my local BestBuy (thanks guys). The beats stay connected when I'm sitting at my desk or walking around indoors and my replacement beats sound much better! Perhaps the first pair was a lemon, BUT they DO NOT stay connected while outside in the winter. Fit is alright, I recommend picking up some wingtips, creating a more secure fit. The cord shape keeps the buds around my neck. I mainly purchased these headphones for skiing, but they do not stay connected during this activity. Would not recommend for outdoor sports. Yes, I have tried all of the troubleshooting recommendations (rebooting, resetting, repairing, updating firmwear).

I wear these under my helmet for long motorcycle rides. So five stars for battery life, sound quality and punch, cordless functionality and convenience, and most importantly, comfort. I’ll go hours without removing them, across state lines and multiple fuel-ups. Uncomfortable earpieces under a helmet are a form of relentless torture and can really wreck a ride. Not so with these beauties. However, the power button can be a nuisance. Sometimes it works right away. Sometimes I have to pinch it for a while. And sometimes I have to peer at the LED to make sure it’s engaged. And you can’t hear startup tones if it’s not in your ear while you stare at it. That said I bought a second one and will buy more if they ever fail. Which hasn’t happened yet under unkind conditions. Durable and reliable. Too much great about these units.

Immediately fell in love with them. They've become apart of my everyday outfits. They sit on my shoulders and are so lightweight I forget I'm wearing them. The fit in the ears are snug, the bass is perfection, and so is every call. The call quality is crisp. What I love even more about this is the charge. I can charge for five minutes and get about two hours of use ! I just wish they came with a hard case.

Love the small size, I generally wear them around my neck all day at work so I'm ready for calls or if I want to listen to some music. I like the face that the wire makes them accessible but doesn't get in my way, I love the small bud size, nothing to wrap around my ear. Good sound, not great but much better tan those which came with my phone.

The sound on these beats is superb! The bases are deep plus they are confortable in your ear. The best desl of the day ever!!!

OK, I have 3 types of Beats, these BeatsX, the Beats Solo and Powerbeats. For me these are the most comfortable and the most versatile and certainly they are the most economical. I primarily use them when I am out walking and I only put one ear bud in so I can hear what is happening around me. There is no pulling or twisting like I get with the Powerbeats and I am not in danger of loosing one of the ear buds as I would if I used true wireless. When I put both buds in the sound is good, not as good as the other 2 Beats that I have, but good enough. The range on these is less than the other 2 styles as well, but I still use these 75% of the time.

Was a bit nervous about buying a refurb. That was 18 mos ago. I use these every day and they’re still doing great. Very satisfied!

The sound quality was good, battery life was only about half of advertised. Wouldn’t recommend for work shifts but excellent for road trips or around the house for a few hours.

Great headphones. great sound and feel comfortable in ear. Wish the charge would last a little bit longer but they recharge quickly.

Great sound quality fits nicely in ears and feels comfortable, comes with multiple size rubber inserts. As good as you can get without going wireless.

The sound is really good but the button is hard to get used to locating. Ear comfort is good, I like that there are three sizes of cones that go into the ears. Got them on sale but would be upset if I paid retail for them. I haven't used them enough to figure out if they loose their charge from just sitting around unplugged but seem to.

The item came with everything that was said was included. Only problem was that the battery to the headphones didn’t last... they are refurbished though so wasn’t expecting much but they only lasted about an hour. Wouldn’t really recommend... at least the refurbished ones.

They worked fine for the first couple months but after that it wouldnt turn on for a few days and it worked again by it self. They are really Comfortable wont hurt your ears after hours of wearing them. There are some days that it takes a couple tries to turn off but it could be that are defective.

Bought a pair of over the ear beats for my son July 3 rd for his Birthday, spent over $ 400.00!!! Only for them to break August 5 only little over a month later he was soo devistated and I was furious. My son is a great person he never gets in trouble always helping out without being asked to and then he was chosen by his peers as individual of the year!!!! So I thought I am going to try these. He loves music( that’s his thing)and broke my heart that it wasn’t his fault the over the ear beats broke ya know so he loves them!!! Wish I had bought them to begin with and saved over $350.00!!!!!!!!!!!
