Headphones are defective!

They are fully charged but won't turn on. From my understanding it should work. But it doesn't. I'm so disappointed that I chose best buy instead of Amazon. I thought best buy would have quality products.

It came covered with Apple’s one year warranty so when they stopped working I was able to take them to Apple and get a brand new pair for free!

I have updated and done every troubleshooting thing I could do but I will have to send into Apple again. Probably with no solution without paying a certain amount for them to fix their issue with the BeatsX.

These things also stopped working within a year of using them.
