Bad product or bad refurbishing

I don’t know if my “ Best Buy refurbished” headphones were refurbished at all, but they do not work. I tried troubleshooting by going to the beats website, and even after all possible approaches, I could not even get the headphones to turn on. I charged them on entire night when I first bought them a a bad they would not turn on, and no light would come on unless plugged in. I repeated this step again a few days later with the same results. Terrible, awful quality. I don’t know if it’s the product or Best Buy’s refurbishment.
