They are just ok! I can’t listen to YouTube when I’m in the car which is noooooo good

I purchase these beats for my husband and they didn’t work and not only that it was the wrong color and the sad part is we missed the return time frame due to a very close relative passing thank Yahweh it wasn’t that much money lost but next time I will order from a place that gives you 30 days Not 14 smfh

Was very disappointed with the quality of the product

This was horrible. They came and they were so dirty and gross I had to return them and then trying to find the same ones for the same price online didn't work and you can't buy them in store refurbished so yup I'm going without. Oh and there was ear wax on them and no eat bud covers.

I will be returning this product as one of the earphones did not work. This product was was suppose to be certified refurbished and was not. If buying certified refurbished make sure you inspect them before leaving store.

This is my third pair and never again. After 5 months of use the same problem occurs. There is connection issues and constant blinking and turn off.

Bought certified refurbished that was supposed to be complete. The earbuds did not have the default tips that come on them when new. They were missing. Item was advertised as compete and they were NOT complete. Bad deal.

When the box was opened 1 side worked and the other did not! Very unsatisfied with this product what the point of geek squad certified. I returned this product immediately.

Buyer beware! I'm sure these ear buds work great for many but buying certified refurbished from Best Buy makes these a no go. Will not even turn on. After reconfiguring numerous times, I have finally given up

They didn’t work so I tried to take them back to the store. And I was told that I can’t get a refund or a exchange because I bought them online and my warranty was up. Very disappointed

JUNK! these worked for three months and died. Because they are refurbished they can't be returned. Total junk. Avoid the refurbished products!

I can't turn them on; they work when they want to work. I am returning mine as they are not worth the money paid. I had such high hopes, but I do not recommend these,.

Terrible buy.. When i finally got it in the mail it was missing some of the ear bud sizes..and then its sound was terrible.

I purchased this wireless earphones beats by Dre for my wife and it wouldn’t syn to neither one of our phones. We both have the iPhones.

I was unable to power up my headphones after thoroughly charging. Had to return. Ended up buying another brand.
