Should have gotten a manual or some sort of instructions.

Once I finally open them they didn’t work at all what a waste of money

I bought 4 pairs of earphones over the past year: Power Beats 3 Power Beats Bose PowerSport Jaybirds X3 Out of the four i purchased and used, these are my favorite. i think they sound the best and fit my ears the best. i have since returned the Bose for i didn't like the sound or the fit, I still have the Power beats 3, but they are in my gym bag as a backup in case I forget the power beats 2. The Jaybirds stopped I did have an issue where they started making static while talking on the phone, but apple sent me a replacement pair within 48 hours. I am buying another pair today as a backup, because i cant live without these. I would rate as a 5, but having to return them detracted from my satisfaction. Having tested so many earphones, I assume it is a personal preference, ear type that will determine if you like the fit or not.

Best headphones I’ve purchased great for the gym, going for a run or even better doing yard work outside and they are super comfortable.

Really good headphones for the price. Has a long lasting duration in battery and time lasted about 2 years for me. Would recommend

I currently have had Beats X for 4 years and love them so much!! I decided to get a back up pair for travels, etc. The battery life on these refurbished ones are awful, maybe 2 hours at best and it tells me after they show fully charged that my battery life is well below 100%. just purchase new and save the hassle. Still love my old Beats X that allow me 5+ hours of use and quick charge!

I purchased these headphones, for something to listen at work, why am i not surprised that it is horrible, it was made by apple. These are very uncomfortable, they are stiff and do not stay in your ear at all. the sound quality is okay, nothing better that a 20 dollar pair. the pairing with iPhone is dumb, they tried to connect it like the air pods, but it is much more complicated than that! i do not recommend this product at all.

Ever since Apple bought these out. They have become cheap garbage. I have bought 3 pair. First pair lasted me daily use for almost 2 years. The second pair lasted about a year. The 3rd pair I bought just 4 months ago and they have already quit working. They just refuse to turn on anymore. What a waste of money.

The sound is ok, but answering calls is almost impossible. Sometimes you can press the button and answer, but most times it won’t.

Did not work at all upon arrival. Will not power on. A bit disappointing.
