I like the sound but for some reason over time they always “short” out, i.e, the sound will fade out or the earbuds would not hold a charge. I only buy them because the wireless earbuds sold by Apple get lost regularly by my friends who own them.

Can't get to turn on.

They seem to charge but will not turn on. I can't get any lights to turn on if they are not plugged in. Tried to exchange at Best But today and was told from customer service that we needed to contact Apple directly, which is never fun. We have had these less than 90 days so I'm disappointed that Best Buy won't stand behind the products they sell.
