they work just like regular air pod pros and studio beats but they don’t fall out my ears at out. it’s a secured fit but after awhile they get uncomfortable to wear so i’m forced to take them out even if i don’t need to charge them. other than that they’re pretty reliable and easy to use.

This review is for the Best Buy Refurbished program. I am not rating the product itself (check out YouTube for that). Overall, I’m pleased with the packaging, delivery time, and the products performance and appearance. Quick and Easy setup for iPhone and Apple Watch. I am upset that it only included 2 sets of ear tips NOT 3 as they do when shipped by Apple. Best Buy should NOT advertise 3 sets of they only send 2 sets. Also, missing all documentation and stickers that usually ship with the product.

Can’t review the actual item, this is a review of the Best Buy Geek Squad Certified Refurb specific item. I’m sure that the actual BFP are great, but I won’t know… I was hoping that the users that had issues with getting GSCR items with missing parts or dirty ear tips were the outliers, so I took a chance and ordered these as it’s hard to pass up $60 savings. They were delayed in shipping (USPS issue, not BB), so I got them a couple days later than originally expected. When they finally arrived, I opened the shipping box to discover a Beats Fit Pro box with masking tape on it. Not the normal Geek Squad security tape used to package up a torn box, but plain old masking tape (see photos) - strike 1. Ok - it’s not the end of the world, if the headphones are all there and in good shape i would just likely throw this box away anyway. But, I decided to document the entire opening just to be safe. The headphones were in the case without any ear tips on them. So they are missing the small tips right off the bat - strike 2. When I looked inside further in the box, the other 2 sets of tips were in the box, but one of them clearly still has someone’s ear wax in them - strike 3. At least it had the USB-C cable that others have stated was missing. I put it all back in the box and proceeded to try to do an exchange via chat through the app. The first agent initiated the replacement but we were disconnected. For some unknown reason, the system had an issue and cancelled the replacement order. So I chatted with a second agent only to find out that their system only lets them do a single replacement for an item. Once again, the chat disconnected me - no it wasn’t an Internet issue on my side, this time the chat said it was due to a long time with no input yet i was actively chatting with the agent and it was <1 min since my last message and I was reading the agents reply when it disconnected. So I called into the customer support line. After waiting on hold for a few minutes, I got a nice agent who processed a return/refund for the item. I’m now not sure if I want to order another refurb pair or just order a new one and take the $60 price hit. I have ordered many open box and certified refurb items from BB in the past and never had an issue until now. I don’t know if they changed how they do these items or what, but it’s just not up to what I expect out of BB. Maybe they are going downhill, maybe it’s just this item. I’m not sure. Just be warned. I’m still going to continue to use BB as I like them and their prices are in line with others like Amazon and Target. But I’ll have to reconsider that if they keep falling off.

The description states that it would come with the ear buds. I open the product and no ear buds. I wasn’t expecting to open the product and it NOT having ear buds. I keep purchasing products from best buy and continually being disappointed. This is the absolute LAST time i purchase ANYTHING from Best Buy.

Works great well, sounds great with music only. Everything else its no good the bass only kicks with music, with movies or audio books its flat no matter how much volume you give it, the noise canceling is non existent and the fins are so uncomfortable i can only where for an hour

I was really amazed by these earbuds. The sound quality is awesome which stays in your ear even when you’re doing intense workout. One of the best earbuds in the current market.

The earphones are great nice music quality great battery life, just need to do a little better with the fitting in the ear but overall great product

The best headphones ever. I have owned Sony, JBL, Bose, and AirPods. These are by far the best and they will never fall when exercising. The spatial sound with Apple Music is like listening to the song a 1st time. Great bass and battery life. Have made other people fans of this model Great if you’re doing exercise and for wearing them all day. A must buy as they fit snuggly on the ears. Only use these now.

These are the best buds i have EVER owned. I literally bout 2 pairs just to have another incase they stopped making them years from notm i doubt there can be a better built set of buds. PERIOD

Arrived in generic packaging. Opened it optimistically only to find out there’s no instruction manual, no warranty card, but most importantly note ear tips. Not one set like some said they got, not two of three sets like other reviews. zero sets. They are useless without your tips. You can only find off market ones I want brand official one so I know that they’re going to fit in work. And when I reached out to customer support, they only resolution was for me to travel to one of the stores I live between and not near And hopefully they could sort it out. If I wanted to travel to go into a store I would have done that to begin with, but my store closest said they did not have these in stock. If they don’t have them in stock, what are the odds that they have replacement ear tips. Poor excuse for a resolution and end result, I just returned them.

Great sound quality stays in ear noise cancelation is so so but overall good purchase
