I was so excited to open my new headphones and use them at the gym :( . I opened them and the fiest thing I noticed is there was no charger or ear buds to put on the actual head phones to listen to music ( at this point I was like whatever I can order some since these headphones were $95 off with being refurbished ). Second thing I go to connect them to my iPhone and they wont stayed connected! Its few seconds it would connect then disconnect. I will be returning these headphones asap and hopefully can get a refund on the case I bought because I put it in the head phones as soon as I opened them.

They fit small ear canals comfortably and the noise cancelling is beyond impressive.

Best sound quality comparing to my old bose earbuds sport 2020, the noose canceling is amazing. Perfect fit to my ear. It says come with 3 sizes, but come only with 2.. small and medium.

Great product, glad it worked so smooth with setup on my iPhone and AppleTV devices. Easier to listen to tv shows with my kids playing on their devices close by. The case is smooth and fits in my pocket easily.

Sound quality is great. Ear buds keep falling out of my ear. My left ear bud has a crack (see picture). I don’t use them much but its more than 6 months old and the only option I have is to purchase a new set that will cost me about $80.

Great value for the price. No issues connecting them to my iPhone or iPad, they sound great, and the wing tips help keep them in my ear better than other ear buds.

Typically, any kind of beats product is outstanding to me however, this one time I ordered and I only received one headphone instead of two makes no sense right this review is all depending on if they accept my return and give me my money back if they do then I’m gonna give it five stars if they don’t well you know one star headed your way spending $120 on some refurbished beats and only getting one of them doesn’t work out well I need both. Thanks.

Everything I hoped they would be. The second quality is very good and the ear fit is good.

Just when I thought I was getting a deal. The left headphone makes this static noise every now and then and it makes it hard to use both simultaneously. I end up using the right headphones more times than not. I would’ve preferred an aesthetic issue versus a malfunction.

While the product I recieved was in good condition. It was STILL connected to the previous owner. I’m not sure at this point what Geek squad certification exactly does as this is happening to me for the second time. This should be the bare minimum that they should be doing. Returned them

They work great just like new . Happy with purchase.

So far so good, it’s been several months and they work perfectly fine even after dropping them (+in water) a couple times.

Well it is a pair of fit pro’s. They did not come in a box, with a charger, or with any of the ear tips. So they are pretty useless as is. Very dirty upon arrival, having been a bestbuy employee for 5 years in the past I was shocked to see the condition. I guess the quality standards and/or effort of employees has dropped. I was expecting an open product but wasn’t expecting it to show up missing every accessory and be unusable. I’m sure it’s a good product, bestbuy just dropped the ball.

Great product!!! I would have thought that they were brand new instead of refurbished.

This is a review of the Best Buy Geek Squad Refurbished ones. I tried to buy the BestBuy Refurbished ones twice and both times they came with missing medium tips ear buds (that are usually preinstalled on the buds); and only came with the large and small buds that come inside the package.
